This research explains the application of creative video-based learning media in improving PAI learning achievement for class VII students at Paiton Islamic Middle School. This research uses a qualitative research method, case study type. Informants in this research were obtained using a purposive sampling technique, so that four people were determined, namely the head of the madrasah, head of curriculum, PAI teacher, and representatives of class VII students at Paiton Islamic Middle School. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The research results obtained are that the application of creative video-based learning media in PAI learning Asmaul Husna material was carried out through three stages, namely, designing content and scripts according to the material, implementation and evaluation. The increase in PAI learning achievement is an implication of the application of creative video-based learning media which can be seen from the essay test Question.
