Abstract

Over the past three years (2019-2021), Trans Patriot buses have experienced a decline in passenger numbers. As a result, corridors 2 and 3 were closed. Anticipating a decline in passenger numbers in the future, research on passenger satisfaction with bus performance is needed. The research aims to analyze passenger satisfaction performance and provide recommendations for optimizing Trans Patriot bus corridor 1 using fuzzy logic and MATLAB software. The analysis indicates medium-category passenger satisfaction. Proposed treatments for bus performance include a frequency of 9 vehicles/hour, a minimum mileage of 252 km/vehicle per day, a headway of 7 minutes, and a number of 9 ranks/day. ABSTRAK Selama tiga tahun terakhir (2019-2021), Bus Trans Patriot telah mengalami penurunan jumlah penumpang,akibatnya koridor 2 dan 3 ditutup. Mengantisipasi terjadinya penurunan jumlah penumpang di masa mendatang, penelitian mengenai kepuasan penumpang terhadap kinerja bus sangat diperlukan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan penumpang, kinerja, dan memberikan rekomendasi optimalisasi Bus Trans Patriot koridor 1 menggunakan logika fuzzy dan software MATLAB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan penumpang berada di kategori sedang. Usulan penanganan terhadap kinerja bus antara lain frekuensi 9 kend/jam, jarak tempuh minimal 252 km/kendaraan per hari, headway 7 menit, dan jumlah rit 9 rit/hari.
