Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a learning media application for the introduction of the holy family for children using Augmented Reality technology. Augmented Reality is a developing technology, where users can see objects in three dimensions (3D). In this application method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which is a method of developing software in this application. This method has several stages, namely concept stage, design stage, material gathering stage, testing phase, and distribution stage. In designing this application also uses the Unity application and programmig language using the C# programming language. The results of this study is the application of learning media for the introduction of the holy family for children, namely detecting markers and displaying five holy family figures in the form of three-dimensional objects along with information from each of these figures, so they can increase children's insight and knowledge.
