Abstract

Reporting on budget use is crucial and determines the accuracy of financial circulation within the Fakfak Regency Government. Therefore, increasing the competency factor for preparers of financial reports has an important role in achieving timely reporting performance, and the substance of the report meets aspects of transparency and accountability as stipulated in applicable regulations. The research aims to find forms of increasing competency factors for treasurers who are tasked with preparing financial reports in various Regional Government Organizations in Fakfak Regency. The research was carried out during July – December 2023. The research method was descriptive with a combination approach of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data was obtained through a direct survey of respondents who had been determined deliberately. The data obtained is given a weight value based on assessment indicators obtained from the results of preliminary research. Test the validity and reliability of the data in a gradual and structured manner using a triangulation and role sharing approach. The research results are presented in the form of a spider web diagram which is equipped with illustrations of shift share gap values, Spearman correlation analysis , regression equation models obtained from the SPSS version 2.3 statistical tool. as well as implementation strategies using the SWOT-BSC approach.

Abstract

Beach houses adorning the panorama of village community settlements above the sea waters of Wagom sub-district, Pariwari district, Fakfak Regency must be managed as residential areas whose people have productive behavior and business. The aim of the research is to find a strategy for economic empowerment of the sea village community, so that it develops into a micro industrial center area to encourage accelerated development of Fakfak district. Combined descriptive research using quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches. Data was obtained from closed direct interviews, using certain indicators compiled in the research questionnaire. The description of the questionnaire reflects the variables studied, and each answer is given a weighting value. Data was obtained through a conversion process and its validity was confirmed using a triangulation approach. The data is processed using SPSS statistics and also described using the SWOT approach to find the form of strategy. The research results show that the integration of livable houses requires planning the layout of the house in synergy with the conditions of the sea village; so that people can foster innovation and creativity in building businesses.

Abstract

The typical micro and small culinary industry in an area such as Papua can be an inspiration and starting point for developing empowerment and improving community welfare in a sustainable manner for the government and all interested communities as well as becoming an icon and attraction for tourist visits. This research aims to find out whether leadership, innovation and work culture influence the performance of micro-enterprise food stalls with a typical Papuan menu in Fakfak Regency. This research method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative analysis approach . Data was obtained through a direct survey of respondents who had been determined deliberately. The data obtained is given a weight value based on assessment indicators obtained from the results of preliminary research. Test the validity and reliability of the data in a gradual and structured manner using a triangulation and role sharing approach. The research results are presented in the form of a spider web diagram which is equipped with illustrations of shift share gap values, root cause analysis diagrams with weighting, Pearson correlation analysis , and regression equation models obtained from the SPSS version 2.3 statistical tool.
