<![CDATA[Abstrak Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) merupakan kartu yang ditujukan bagi keluarga miskin dan rentan miskin yang ingin menyekolahkan anaknya yang berusia 7-18 tahun secara gratis. Dalam penentuan prioritas calon penerima KIP di SMA Negeri 4 Kendari tidaklah mudah karena pihak sekolah harus melihat dan menyeleksi berbagai aspek dan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan. Namun, kesalahan atau kekeliruan biasa terjadi pada proses penentuan prioritas calon penerima KIP dan memerlukan waktu yang lama. Hal ini disebabkan karena dalam proses penyeleksian masih menggunakan cara manual. Maka dari itu, peneliti membangun sistem pengambilan keputusan penentuan prioritas calon penerima KIP di SMA Negeri 4 Kendari berbasis website. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan metode Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evalution (PROMETHEE) untuk menentukan urutan (prioritas) calon penerima KIP. Sistem ini juga menggunakan metode pembobotan, yaitu Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) untuk menentukan bobot pada setiap kriteria yang ada. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu metode SWARA dapat digunakan dalam pemberian nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria dan pemberian nilai pada setiap sub kriteria. Kemudian, hasil akurasi yang didapatkan dengan penggunaan metode PROMETHEE dalam sistem pendukung keputusan dalam Penentuan Prioritas Calon Penerima KIP adalah 92%. In prioritizing prospective KIP recipients at SMA Negeri 4 Kendari, it is not easy because the school must see and select various aspects and criteria that have been determined. However, errors or mistakes usually occur in the process of prioritizing KIP recipient candidates and require a long time. This is because the selection process still uses manual methods. Therefore, researchers built a decision-making system for prioritizing prospective recipients of the KIP at SMA Negeri 4 Kendari based on the website. This system was created using the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evalution (PROMETHEE) method to determine the order (priority) of prospective recipients of the KIP. This system also uses a weighting method, namely Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) to determine the weight on each existing criterion. The results obtained from this study are that the SWARA method can be used in giving weight values to each criterion and giving values to each sub-criteria. Then, the accuracy result obtained by using the PROMETHEE method in a decision support system in Prioritizing Candidates for KIP Recipients is 92%.
