Abstract

Technique of data collecting use the kuesionerpropagated to Self-Supporting University undergraduate of Universitas Swadaya GunungJati Cirebon. The result of research obtained by 64% undergraduate which dress muslimhave followed the religious education and 36% have never followed the religiouseducation. About 36% undergraduate feel fluent read the Al-QurAn and 64%undergraduate is not fluent read the Al-QurAn. There are positive correlation betweenuse jilbab with the other religious service execution. About 36% undergraduate dressmuslim influenced by the school, 21% undergraduate dress muslim of because directunderstanding of Islam teaching, and fresh 14% undergraduate dress muslim of because of parent motivation and environmental.

Abstract

Abstract The research aimed at finding out the role of the pilgrims in the educational and legal aspects of family life and their care amid people's lives. The method used is in the form of surveys and interviews which are then carried out the descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The Islamic religion is a blessing for all nature, by carrying out the teachings of Islam, guaranteed life will be peaceful and secure. Islamic religion commands humans to worship Allah, and apply justice and blessings to Allah. The pillars of Islam that are considered to be heavy are carrying out the Hajj because it can only be carried out at Makah al-Mukaromah, which requires a considerable amount of money and a healthy body. The social impact of the pilgrims contributes to the sense of social responsibility of education at home and school scale but is neutral in the aspects of social education. Contributions to the legal sector in the form of creating an atmosphere of justice to achieve security and peace in the family are quite strong but are neutral in preventing minor criminal acts that occur in the community.Keywords: Hajj, Education, and Law. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran para haji dalam aspek pendidikan dan hukum dalam kehidupan keluarga dan kepeduliannya di tengah kehidupan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan berupa survey dan wawancara yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis diskriptif dan analisis statistik. Agama Islam merupakan rakhmatan bagi seluruh alam, dengan menjalankan ajaran Islam, dijamin kehidupan akan tentram dan sentosa. Agama Islam memerintahkan manusia untuk beribadah kepada Allah, dan berlaku adil serta berahlakul karimah. Rukun Islam yang dianggap berat adalah menjalankan ibadah haji karena hanya bisa dilaksanakan di Makah al-Mukaromah, membutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar serta badan yang sehat. Dampak sosial para haji berkontribusi terhadap rasa tanggung jawab sosial pendidikan pada skala rumah dan sekolah, tetapi bersikap netral pada aspek pendidikan sosial. Konstribusi terhadap bidang hukum berupa menciptakan suasana rasa adil untuk mewujudkan keamanan dan kedamaian dalam keluarga cukup kuat, akan tetapi bersikap netral dalam pencegahan tindak pidana ringan yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Haji, Pendidikan, dan Hukum.

Abstract

 This study aims to reveal in depth, whether sedekah bumi or mapag sri or other not to interfere with the system of aqeedah as Muslims. The results of the research are: (1) General rituals, which are carried out either at certain times or during planting activities, and are carried out on the consideration needed by farmers as needed for prayer every time. This ritual is called tama beleq, and nyajen; (2) Rituals carried out during the preparation of planting and during the maintenance of rice plants include: Mappa dendang, umbal and baritan; (3) Rituals conducted before the rice harvest include; Prepegan, nyiwer, mapag sri, and seren taun; (4) The rituals carried out in planting shallots are: Nyadil; and (5) Rituals performed before harvest and the sugarcane giling period, namely: Kawin tebu, and bancakan or giling parties. All of these activities according to the rules of Islamic aqeedah are classified as acts of shirk and such belief systems can be classified as sins that will never be forgiven. Keywords: Socio-Cultural Behavior, Farming Society, and Shirk AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap secara mendalam, apakah sedekah bumi atau mapag sri atau lainnya ini tidak sampai mengganggu sistem aqidah sebagai umat Islam. Hasil penelitiannya, yaitu: (1) Ritual yang bersifat umum, yaitu dilakukan baik pada saat tertentu atau sepanjang kegiatan penanaman, dan dilakukan atas pertimbangan dibutuhkan oleh petani sebagaimana dibutuhkannya do‟a setiap waktu. Ritual ini disebut tama beleq, dan nyajen; (2) Ritual yang dilakukan pada persiapan menanam dan selama pemeliharaan tanaman padi meliputi: Mappa dendang, umbal, dan baritan; (3) Ritual yang dilakukan menjelang panen padi meliputi; Prepegan, nyiwer, mapag sri, dan seren taun; (4) Ritual yang dilakukan dalam menanam bawang merah yaitu: Nyadil; dan (5) Ritual yang dilakukan menjelang panen dan masa giling tebu yaitu: Kawin tebu, dan banjakan atau pesta giling. Seluruh kegiatan tersebut menurut kaidah aqidah Islam tergolong tindakan syirik dan sistem keyakinan seperti itu dapat tergolong dosa yang tidak akan pernah diampuni. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Sosial Budaya, Masyarakat Tani, dan Syirik

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the competencies of teachers in learning basic reading of the Koran with the Yusro Method. This research has tested eleven basic rules of reading the Koran. This rule is a researcher's idea in constructing a new theory of basic learning in reading the Koran with a phonetic approach and basic recitation knowledge. The construction of the basic learning theory of reading the Koran is different from the construction of the previous theories. The research method used was descriptive method with purposive sampling technique for 86 TPA teachers in seven Kelurahans in Bungursari District, Tasikmalaya City, which were analyzed with quantitative and qualitative techniques. The findings of this study indicate that the concept of learning to read the Koran with the Yusro Method has resulted in the teachers competency score Sufficiently in accordance with the average value of all concepts offered by 40.33% of the highest score of 100%. Keywords: The Teacher Competence; Yusro Method; Quite Appropriate.   Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi pebelajar dalam pembelajaran dasar membaca Al-Qur’an dengan Metoda Yusro. Penelitian ini telah menguji cobakan sebelas kaidah dasar membaca Al-Qur’an. Kaidah ini merupakan gagasan peneliti dalam mengkonstruksi teori baru pembelajaran dasar membaca Al-Qur’an dengan pendekatan fonetik dan ilmu tajwid dasar. Konstruksi teori pembelajaran dasar membaca Al-Qur’an ini berbeda dengan konstruksi teori sebelumnya. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 86 guru TPA di tujuh Kelurahan di Kecamatan Bungursari Kota Tasikmalaya yang dianalisis dengan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an dengan Metoda Yusro telah menghasilkan nilai kompetensi guru Cukup Sesuai dengan nilai rata-rata dari semua konsep yang ditawarkan sebesar 40,33% dari nilai tertinggi 100%. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pebelajar; Metoda Yusro; Cukup Sesuai.

Abstract

Learning motivation can determine the result of students' online learning by several factors, namely internal and external factors (from within students) and external factors (from outside students). The purpose of this study is to determine the internal and external factors that affect students' learning motivation in class XI AKP 2 SMK Pariwisata Kota Cirebon in online learning. This qualitative descriptive research collects the data from questionnaires and unstructured observations interviews. The questionnaire used in this study was 21 questions; unstructured observation and unstructured interviews. The results obtained from the questionnaire show that the internal factors that can affect students' learning motivation in online learning consist of four indicators, namely Interests, Needs, Attitudes, and Intelligence, with percentage values ​​of 74.6%, 55.6%, 79.5%, and 77.8%. External factors that influence students' learning motivation in online learning consist of three indicators: the Family Environment, School Environment, and Community Environments, with the percentage values ​​of 80.2%, 62.5%, and 75.7%.

Abstract

Basic education as the beginning of compulsory education implemented by the government has become a difficult choice for parents to choose elementary schools in the midst of the times. Some parents hope that their children have good abilities and morals. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the motivation of parents to choose Islamic elementary schools at SD al-Azhar, Cirebon City. The study population was the guardian parents of grade 1 students and the study sample numbered 40 people. The research method is a survey method using a questionnaire instrument. The analysis technique used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the average score of the questionnaire was 146. The motivation of parents to choose al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School for their children has a variety of factors including facilities, curriculum, services, location, portion of religious education, quality of educators (teachers), environment and family, achievements and success of alumni. The main most dominant factors are the profile of educators (teachers) and school facilities (facilities and infrastructure).

Abstract

The balance of technological developments in education must be carried out through digital competence. Digital competence is the ability to take advantage of digital technology to contribute more efficiently to work. The increase in the intensity of technology use during the pandemic cannot be generalized that teachers master learning technology. Digital competence has a broad study, not just technical. This study aims to diagnose the digital competence of PAI teachers after the pandemic. The DigiComp framework was adopted in this study to measure digital competence. The research design uses a quantitative approach, survey is applied as a research method. The research sample was PAI teachers throughout the city of Cirebon at various levels of education. The data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the teacher's digital competence research cannot be said to meet. From the measured digital competence aspect, it was found that the percentage score was lacking, namely the security aspect and digital content creation. Increasing digital competence through regular training and guidance needs to be implemented.
