Abstract

AbstrakDalam membangun suatu konstruksi apartemen diperlukan perhatian dalam pelaksanaan konstruksinya, terutama pada pekerjaan pemancangan. Lokasi pembangunan Apartemen Victoria Square Tower B Tangerang Banten terletak di lingkungan perumahan dan memiliki keterbatasan ruang gerak, sehingga diperlukan solusi terkait pengerjaan pemancangan tersebut agar tidak menimbulkan getaran/kebisingan terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Dalam studi kasus pembangunan Apartemen Victoria Square Tower B Tangerang Banten, metode pemancangan yang digunakan adalah menggunakan alat Hydraulic Static Pile Driver. Jenis-jenis pekerjaan pada pemancangan tersebut terdiri dari Move to The Point, Lifting Pile, Clamping & Piling, Joint Pile (Welding), Dolly, dan Cutting Pile. Hasil analisis deskriptif pada penelitian ini didapat nilai produksi alat Hydraulic Static Pile Driver terendah adalah 0.225 meter/menit atau setara 13.5 meter/jam dan nilai produksi tertinggi adalah 1.364 meter/menit atau setara 82 meter/jam.AbstractIn building an apartment construction requires attention in the construction implementation, especially in the erection work. The construction location of Victoria Square Apartment Tangerang Tower B Banten is located in a residential area and has limited mobility, so a solution related to the erection work is needed so as not to cause vibration/noise to the surrounding environment. In the case study of the construction of the Victoria Square Tower B Tangerang Banten Apartment, the erection method used was using a Hydraulic Static Pile Driver. The types of work in the erection consist of Move to The Point, Lifting Pile, Clamping & Piling, Joint Pile (Welding), Dolly, and Cutting Pile. The results of the descriptive analysis in this study obtained the lowest production value of Hydraulic Static Pile Driver is 0.225 meters/minute or equivalent to 13.5 meters/hour and the highest production value is 1.364 meters/minute or equivalent to 82 meters/hour.
