Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand the strategies of academic supervision to improve the quality of teacher performance. The issue addressed in this research is the management of academic supervision for enhancing teacher performance. The research method used is qualitative, with a literature review approach based on field research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of academic supervision management to improve teacher performance is more directed towards evaluating the performance achieved by teachers. The evaluation of the academic supervision program includes aspects such as teacher guidance, professional training and development, teacher performance appraisal, and monitoring of the 8 national education standards. Strategies employed to improve teacher performance include discipline training, serving as role models for teachers and students, organizing seminars and training sessions, collaborating with other educational institutions, inviting experts, providing opportunities for peer supervision among teachers, and optimizing educational facilities and equipment.

Abstract

In this research, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the various systems approaches implemented at the MAS Al-Washliyah Tembung school to improve the quality of education. We identified various aspects of the systems approach, starting from the application of the systems approach in education at the school, the obstacles in explaining the systems approach, elements or components in education, what approaches are used in the learning process and the stages in implementing the systems approach. The systems approach in schools can include analysis of various systems approaches applied in the educational environment. This can include learning approaches, school management, and curriculum development. Through this research, we hope to provide deeper insight into the systems approach that exists at the MAS Alwashliyah 22 Tembung school in the context of school education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan kajian literatur tentang bisnis online, internet pasar dunia strategi memulai bisnis online, Jenis-jenis bisnis online, dan cara sukses usaha bisnis online. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) ataupun studi literatur dengan berbasis kajian pustaka melalui bedah buku dan jurnal-jurnal. Langkah-langkah penelitian dimulai dari pengumpulan artikel, reduksi artikel, pembahasan dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya bisnis online dapat berpengaruh posiitif terhadap Peningkatan media sosial dengan adanya e comerse melalui bisnis pasar dunia dengan adanya peluang untuk masa depan. Bisnis online dapat di capai oleh siapa saja selama kita tahu tentang seluk beluk bisnis online dimasa sekarang hingga di masa depan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana perilaku pengambilan keputusan dalam sebuah organisasi. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) ataupun studi literature review dari berbagai rujukan baik jurnal maupun buku. Dalam pengambilan keputusan memerlukan rangkaian proses terstruktur agar menghasilkan suatu perubahan terhadap organisasi ke arah yang lebih baik. Tahapan dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi : Pemahaman dan Perumusan Masalah, Pengumpulan dan Analisis Data yang Relevan, Pegembangan Alternatif-Alternatif, Evaluasi Alternatif-Altenatif, Pemilihan Alternatif Terbaik, Implementasi Keputusan, Evaluasi Hasil-Hasil Keputusan. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa proses pengambilan keputusan dalam sebuah organisasi perlu memperhatikan tahapan yang akan dilalui, mengetahui gaya pengambilan keputusan yang tepat untuk diterapkan, memperhatikan etika yang dapat memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan agar dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang baik dan mencapai tujuan organisasi.
