Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of conflict management, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of principal’s madrasah tsanawiyah. Survey method was applied to this research and data had been analyzed with path analysis by putting all variables in correlation matrix. In this research the madrasah tsanawiyah principals have been chosen as units of analysis and 55 respondents were selected randomly. The results of this research are the performance of madrasah tsanawiyah principal is affected directly by ability of conflict management, work motivation. The job satisfac¬tion has the greatest effects to the madrasah tsanawiyah principal’s. This research concluded that variations of the performance of madrasah tsanawiyah principal could be affected by the variations of conflict management, work motivation and job satisfaction.Keywords: conflict management, work motivation and job satisfaction

Abstract

Performance Management in State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN) Indonesia are still often ignoring the identification of stakeholders and the primary performance indicator of management measurement goals. The Balanced Score Card (BSC) as a management approach translates the direction of Higher Education developing into an action based on the initiatives identity number and management measurement goal systems. The context aims to determine the implementation of the Balanced Score Card at PTKIN with four perspectives which are connected as part of the chain driving to achieve the strategic point of Higher Education and performance of higher education results model. This research is qualitative research with the technique of data collection on observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results paper shows that the Balanced Score Card is the performance integrating on the management system at UIN Jakarta, UIN Yogyakarta, and UIN North Sumatera through the making of Score Cards with the processing of strategy maps to achieve its strategic point of higher education objectives. The Map Strategy is preparing as a companion model for its BSC implementation management goal of Higher Education.

Abstract

Budaya sekolah merupakan faktor yang paling penting dalam membentuk siswa menjadi manusia yang penuh optimis, berani, tampil, berperilaku kooperatif, serta memiliki kecakapan personal dibidang akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola pengembangan budaya mutu pendidikan di MTS PAB 2 Sampali. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara secara langsung kepada salah satu guru MTS PAB 2 Sampali. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dari hasil Temuan penelitian ditemukan bahwa pola pengembangan budaya mutu yang diterapkan kepada siswa di MTs PAB 2 Sampali sangatlah bagus, dan memberikan kebiasaan baik terhadap siswa/i di madrasah.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha yang strategis dan paling mendasar dalam menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: perencanaan, implementasi, pengawasan dan evaluasi program peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Komite Sekolah dan Pengawas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi implementasi program peningkatan mutu pendidikan dilaksanakan dengan memberdayakan seluruh komponen yang ada untuk melaksanakan program yang sudah ditetapkan dalam Rapat Kerja tahunan sekolah antara lain yaitu (1) Program Tahunan; (2) Program semester; (3) Program mingunan dan harian; (4) Program pengayakan dan remedial; dan (5) Program pengembangan diri.

Abstract

UPT SD Negeri 066657 Jl. Kampung Bahari, Kec. Medan Labuhan, Kota Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan salah satu pendidikan dengan jenjang SD negeri yang beralamat di Jl. Kampung Bahari Lk. X Griya Martubung, Medan Labuhan. Yang memiliki akreditas A dengan No. Sk. Akreditas 789/BANSM/PROVSU/LL/X/2018. UPT SD Negeri 066657 berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Sekolah ini menyediakan beberapa fasilitas untuk membantu kegiatan belajar mengajar. Salah satunya adalah aliran listrik serta sambungan internet. Pembelajaran di UPT SD Negeri 066657 dilakukan Double Shift. Dalam seminggu pembelajaran dilakukan selama 6 hari. UPT SD Negeri 066657 berada di koordinat Garis lintang: 3.7017 dan Garis bujur: 98.6828. Dari tahun ke tahun UPT SD Negeri 066657 mengalami peningkatan dan penataan baik dibidang fisik maupun kurikulum pembelajaran. Kondisi sekolah dapat dikatakan dalam kondisi yang lumayan baik tetapi memiliki beberapa kekurangan dikarenakan covid19 seperti tidak terpakai lagi ruang UKS sehingga menjadi gudang, kantin sekolah yang tidak berfungsi lagi, daerah sekolah yang rendah mengakibatan seringnya terkena banjir.

Abstract

This researcher aims to determine: (1) the principal's work program planning on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi, (2) the principal's efforts to implement the principal's work program on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi, (3) implementation barriers Principal's work program on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi.The method used in this study is qualitative using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation with an emphasis on information data sources, namely: school principals, vice principals, administration, and English teachers to strengthen the validity of the data obtained. From the results of this study using three findings, namely: (1) the principal's work program planning on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi has been carried out well, carried out in the form of meetings and deliberation with the teachers, (2) the principal's efforts to implement The principal's work program on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi is carried out by giving assignments to teachers according to the field of ability and work according to expertise, (3) obstacles to implementing the principal's work program on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi are carried out by teachers while working to find out how far the improvement in teacher performance has been.Keywords: Work Program, Teacher Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get an overview of programs and activities to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure in MTs. Madinatussalam percut sei sir, synergistic relationship between the committee and the head of MTs. Madinatussalam percut sei sir, factors influencing the role of the madrasa committee create a synergistic relationship between the committee and the head of MTs. Madinatussalam, efforts are being made to ensure the synergy between the committee and madrasah heads in improving the quality of infrastructure in MTs. madinatussalam. The research used in this thesis is qualitative, and the type of descriptive research uses a naturalistic approach. The research subject is the head of the madrasa, madrasa committee, and infrastructure. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used from Miles and Hurman are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. And the data validity test was carried out with credibility including triangulation, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this study indicate that, the synergistic relationship that occurs between the committee and the head of the madrasa is well established, the head of the madrasa always involves the committee in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating every madrasa agenda as well as the madrasa committee supporting every activity and program organized by the madrasa such as short, medium and long term work programs. Factors influencing The role of the committee in creating a synergistic relationship with the existence of school activities and programs, extracurricular and committee meetings. Efforts are made so that synergy is well established, namely coordination and communication with the community. The conclusion of the research is the activities carried out by the madrasa committee with the madrasa head in improving the quality of learning infrastructure at MTS. Madinatusslam, namely collaborating and deliberation, assisting in raising funds and building madrasas with the necessary needs such as encouraging the procurement of textbooks, improving class facilities, suggestion boxes to accommodate complaints from parents / guardians of students, procurement of extracurricular activities.. Keywords:Synergistic Relationships, Madrasa Committees, Madrasa Heads, Learning Facilities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Hubungan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dengan pencapaian akreditasi  di Man 2 Model Medan, untuk mengetahui manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Man 2 Model Medan, untuk mengetahui pencapaian akreditasi di Man 2 Model Medan dan untuk mengetahui Hubungan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dengan pencapaian akreditasi  di Man 2 Model Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan wakil kepala bagian sarana dan prasarana sebanyak 156  orang di Man 2 Model Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan wakil kepala bagian sarana dan prasarana sebanyak 156 orang di Man 2 Model Medan, dengan menggunakan sampel Total atau mengambil keseluruhan populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert tentang manajemen sarana dan prasarana dan pencapaian akreditasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis statistik Antara variabel Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana (X) dengan variabel Pencapaian Akreditasi (Y) terdapat  kolerasi  sebesar  0,225 dengan sig = 005. Yang dapat diartikan bahwa hubungan Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana  signifikan di MAN 2 MODEL MEDAN. Hal tersebut dapat ditandai juga  dengan nilai thitung yang di dapat sebesar 10,259 sedangkan nilai t tabel = 2,862. Karena nilai t hitung lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel maka penelitian ini saling memberikan kecendrungan ataupun dapat dikatakan signifikan, demikian terdapat hubungan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dengan pencapaian akreditasi di MAN 2 MODEL MEDAN. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini supaya lebih meningkatkan pengawasan dan pengaturan khususnya kepala bagian sarana dan prasarana dalam hal ketersediaan dan pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana sehingga dapat mempertahankan akreditasi yang telah didapatkan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of recruiting educators at the Mustahafawiyah Purbabaru Islamic Boarding School, which focuses on the recruitment process in improving the quality of education, obstacles that arise and solutions offered during the recruitment process. This research uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this study was to determine how the recruitment of educators at the Mustahafawiyah Purbabaru Islamic Boarding School, how the attitude of the Islamic boarding school in responding to the obstacles that occurred and the solution, and how effective recruitment was implemented in improving the quality of education at Pondok Pesantren Mustahafawiyah Purbabaru. The results of the study revealed that: (1) The recruitment of teaching staff at the Mustahafawiyah Purbabaru Islamic Boarding School was effective. With a good and structured process, starting from planning, organizing, implementing, to monitoring, it goes well and according to established procedures. (2) Orders and pressure from various parties are part of the obstacles that occur during the recruitment process, but can be overcome with good cooperation between the Recruitment Team and institutions and remain consistent with the agreed procedures. (3) Consistency and good cooperation that has been fostered, both between the assigned team and the institution, can carry out the recruitment process for new educators properly. So as to produce effective recruitment that produces quality educators and can assist institutions in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of student management on student achievement at MTs 16 Perbaungan. As for the indicators for student management variables include student admissions, student council, and extracurricular, while indicators for student achievement variables include cognitive aspects, affective aspects, and psychomotor aspects. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that the distribution of scores in the student management variable (X) average class as many as 14 people (17.07%) are below the class average, 4 people (4.88%) are in the class average and as many as 64 people (78.5) above the average. The distribution of Student Achievement variable scores (Y) as many as 20 people (24.39%) are below the interval class average, 6 people (7.32%) are in the interval class average and 54 people (65.8%) are above the average . Shows that the correlation coefficient between the Student Management variable (X) and Student Achievement (Y) is 0.129 with a coefficient of determination (r2) obtained from the calculation results of 0.017 which means that Student Management (X) provides a low relationship of 0.017x 100% = 1.7% of Student Achievement (Y). Based on the analysis conducted above, it is known that the proposed hypothesis is accepted and has been tested empirically. The results of the hypothesis analysis show that there is a very weak and significant influence between Student Management (X) and Student Achievement (Y) of 0.129 with a coefficient of determination (r2) obtained from the calculation results of 0.017 which means that Student Management (X) has an influence very weak at 0.017 x 100% = 1.7% towards Student Achievement (Y). Furthermore, to determine the significance of the influence of the two (Student Management on Student Achievement) it can be seen through the t test". Through the t-test that has been carried out, it turns out that tcount = 3,004 while the value of t table = 2,028. Because tcount (3.004) > ttable (2.048), this indicates that there is a low but significant effect between Student Management variables on Student Achievement in the form of a linear relationship through the regression line = 76.296 + 0.017 X. The equation of this regression line explains that if If the Student Management factor increases by one unit, the Student Achievement will also increase by 76.296 + (0.017) = 10,747 units.Student Achievement
