Abstract

The needs of human life are divided into three principles, namely clothing, food and shelter. The rapid growth rate has caused the need for clothing, food, housing to increase, especially in meeting primary needs such as housing, so there is a mortgage system that helps residents to obtain basic/primary housing needs. This study aims to determine the financing model or procedure used by the Sharia Property Developer Head Office in providing Non-Bank Sharia Home Ownership Loans to the public. Non-bank Sharia Home Ownership Loans are basically home loans for prospective home buyers who do not use banks in practice. The results showed that the financing model for non-bank Sharia Home Ownership Loans was not the same as Sharia Ownership Loans that used banks. The results of this study are that Sharia Home Ownership Credit at Sharia Property Developers uses the concept of bankless credit, without fines, free of usury, without confiscation and without problematic contracts, so that sharia mortgages at Sharia Property Developers are in accordance with the principles of sharia mortgages in Islam. Abstract

Dengan banyaknya lembaga penyelenggara Ibadah Haji dan Umrah yang mengklaim bahwa lembaga tersebut mempunyai kualitas prima. Namun kenyataannya banyak dijumpai jama’ah yang terlantar bahkan tidak jadi berangkat haji dan umrah karena kelalaian para biro perjalanan. Sebab itu PT. Shabilla Eraldo Utama Cabang Bogor mengeluarkan paket “Berangkat Dahulu, Bayar Kemudian” melalui Dana Talangan dari AMITRA Syariah. Program dana talangan ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan prinsip syari’ah dengan akad al-qardh (pinjaman). Tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dari pengajuan dana talangan umrah dan haji kepada jamaah, serta mengetahui hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang terjadi dalam pengajuan dana talangan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Shabilla Eraldo Utama Cabang Bogor yang berlokasi di Jl. Darul Quran No. 2 RT. 02/02 Kota Bogor. Hasil dari pembahasan ini menunjukan bahwa PT. Shabilla Eraldo Utama Cabang Bogor telah merekrut banyak jamaah dengan proses pengajuan dana talangan ini. Kata kunci : Haji, Umrah, Dana Talangan

Abstract

The development of technology and information in the current era of globalization is growing rapidly and rapidly. Starting from the social, cultural, educational and economic aspects, technology has been applied as a means of approaching the community in everyday life. With an online-based information system, people can take advantage of gadgets to help activities that will be carried out quickly and easily anytime and anywhere. Indonesian people generally use cash to make transactions. In the economic aspect, it is possible that in the current technological era, many people in making payment transactions already use E-Money or also known as electronic money. The second most downloaded E-Money application by the Indonesian people is the OVO application. The author will explain the effect of Product Features, Service Quality and User Satisfaction from the OVO Application. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product features, service quality on Ovo application user satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research method with data collection method using simple random sampling technique using a questionnaire in the form of a google form which is distributed to all samples online. This research uses analytical tools such as Likert scale, validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and coefficient of determination (r2). The results of this study indicate that product features have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, then Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction and there is a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction together. Based on the research results, the t-test value, namely the t-count of the independent variable on the dependent variable, is greater than the t-table, which is 1.984 and the significance value is less than 0.05. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Perception of Ease of Use, Perception of Risk, and Perception of Trust have an effect on Mobile Banking Users. The population used in this study is Bank BCA customers throughout Indonesia who use mobile banking. The sample in this study was 160 respondents and the technique used was probability sampling. The data obtained were then processed with SPSS version 26.0. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, the variable Perception of Ease of Use (X1), the variable Perception of Risk (X2), and the variable Perception of Trust (X3) have a significant influence on Mobile Banking Users (Y). Based on the f test, it is known that the variables of Perception of Ease of Use (X1), Perception of Risk (X2), and Perception of Trust simultaneously have a significant effect on Mobile Banking Users (Y).
