Abstract

Equitable development is one of the pillars that lead to a golden Indonesia 2045. Equitable development in the aspect of education is the main key for a country to excel in global competition. Education is considered the most strategic field for realizing national welfare. Therefore, students' comfort in learning and ease of access to education must be guaranteed because this is the first step in helping to realize national welfare. Many factors can affect a student's learning outcomes, one of which is inadequate infrastructure. This research aims to explore the influence of infrastructure on student learning continuity. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected using interview and observation techniques. The results show that infrastructure is indeed proven to affect student learning outcomes and in realizing equitable development in this aspect of education there are still challenges that continue to arise, such as lack of funding. Therefore, this study recommends that the central government can focus the state budget in terms of education budget to equalize access to education in Indonesia and realize the creation of national welfare and a superior golden generation.

Abstract

Cases of default in an investment contract are an event that often occurs in Indonesia. Default is a condition where one party in a contract cannot fulfill some or all of the provisions stated in the contract. Default events require a more in-depth explanation so that we can easily understand all aspects of a default event. In Decision No. 13/Pdt. G/2023/PN Lgs, it is clear that incidents of default still occur frequently in Indonesia. Default can cause losses in both material and immaterial forms to the victim. Therefore, the author's aim in conducting this analysis is to provide an in-depth understanding of default in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pemerataan pembangunan dalam aspek pendidikan bertujuan untuk melihat apakah kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia sudah setara antara di kota dan di desa. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk memastikan seluruh warga Negara Indonesia mendapat fasilitas pendidikan berupa sekolah yang layak dan berkualitas. Kualitas pendidikan yang berkualitas akan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang nantinya akan membentuk peradaban yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif yang dilaksanakan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur untuk mendapat informasi terkait pembangunan yang dilakukan dan melakukan observasi ke tempat penelitian secara langsung untuk meninjau adanya ketidaksetaraan dalam infrastruktur yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya kerusakan sekitar 75% dalam infrastruktur dan sarana yang minim di SDN Mulyajaya 1 Karawang, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa belum maksimalnya alokasi dana bantuan dari dinas pendidikan ke sekolah-sekolah, terkhusus sekolah yang berada di lingkungan desa.
