Abstract

The job field does not fully absorb educated graduates, on the contrary, graduates are not all able to get job opportunities in accordance with the field of science studied. This is because the education taken has less correlation with the needs of the industrial or business world. This research tries to explore the Pragmatic Education Ideology which is education oriented towards preparing educated and skilled personnel. Education that focuses on output in the form of providing quality human resources. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with primary source in the form of research journals related to pragmatic education and job availability and the correlation between the two. Based on the analysis of the theories found, there is significant relevance, in how pragmatic education is the basis for providing jobs, especially through the growth of MSMEs, the creative economy, and the digital economy.

Abstract

Politics and religion have a close relationship and are important subjects in social and political studies. This research presents an analysis of the dynamics of the relationship between religious education on campus and politics in the context of contemporary dynamics. This research focuses on the role of religion in the formation of public policy, political identity, and the dynamics of social conflict. This research study is a discourse or literature search, to find out the relationship between these two problems. This research pays attention to phenomena and changes in power dynamics, transformation of religious identity, and ideological conflicts involving religion as a central aspect. This article also considers the implications of the interaction between religion and politics for democracy. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The data sources used are a combination of educational and religious political perspectives. Literature is used to explain how religion is often a source of inspiration for political movements, both in practical contexts and as a basis for thought. The analysis of this research aims to encourage a broader and deeper dialogue about how society, especially educational institutions, can manage and understand the role of religion in a democratic and inclusive political space.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hasil analisa politik kebijakan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Berdasarkan hasil telaahan penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan belum adanya dukungan politik terhadap kebijakan kesejahteraan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Realitas yang ada di lapangan kesejahteraan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam masih jauh dari tingkat sejahtera. Guru yang berstatus honorer masih tinggi serta kuota sertifikasi dan pengangkatan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam status PPPK yang minim dan jauh dibawah target yang diperlukan. Pngelolaan yang simpang siur dan menimbulkan ego sektoral menjadi salah satu penghambat guru tidak dapat diakomodir dalam pngangkatan satu juta guru PPPK. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto untuk mendapatkan penyebab dari realitas rendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan kaitannya dengan politik kebijakan. Hasil penelitian ini mendapati realitas bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen (Politik Kebijakan) dengan variabel dependen (kesejahteraan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam). Hasil penelitian menunjukan kurangnya dukungan politik kebijakan terhadap guru Pendidikan Agama Islam menyebabkan masih rrendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam
