Abstract

The research that was prepared aims to discuss the implementation of correspondence management in administration at Sejahtera private SD schools, where this correspondence management can help educational staff manage all problems related to school administration. Correspondence management is an important element in school administration, playing a role in work efficiency, information security and accountability. This research discusses the implementation of correspondence management in schools, analyzing the practices implemented, the challenges faced, and strategies that can be taken to increase the effectiveness of the correspondence system. By using this research method, a descriptive qualitative research method is used through a literature review approach using book and journal reviews which are then analyzed and concluded from the research cited. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to schools in improving the effectiveness of correspondence management and creating a more orderly, efficient and transparent school administration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mendeskripsikan peran supervisi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 3 Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang, yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui teknik supervisi Kepada Sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di di SMP Negeri 3 Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang, 2) Untuk mengetahui model supervisi Kepada Sekolah dalam melakukan supervisi di SMP Negeri 3 Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang, 3) Untuk mengetahui evaluasi supervisi yang dilaksanakan Kepada Sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 3 Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dekriftif, Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil temuan penelitia ini yaitu: (1) Teknik supervisi Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 3 Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang dilakukan dengan cara teknik perorangan dan teknik kelompok. Teknik perorangan dilakukan dengan cara kunjungan kelas, mengadakan pengamatan, membimbing guru mengatasi problem yang dihadapi siswa. Sedangkan teknik kelompok dilakukan dengan cara mengadakan rapat dewan guru, diskusi kelompok, dan mengikutsertakan guru dalam pelatihan untuk meningkatkan profesional guru; (2) Model supervisi Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 3 Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang yang dilakukan adalah model supervisi klinis, dimana Kepala Sekolah melakukan suatu proses mengembangkan profesionalnya dalam kegiatan mengajar; (3) Evaluasi supervisi yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 3 Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan cara menganalisis hasil evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan supervisi dan melakukan tindak lanjut hasil supervisi dengan mengikutsertakan guru dalam pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of information technology usage in office activities within schools. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected from in-depth interviews with administrative staff and teachers at several schools in Jakarta. The results indicate that the use of information technology can enhance efficiency and accuracy in administrative processes, reduce manual workload, and expedite decision-making. However, challenges exist in terms of training and technology adaptation for some staff members. This study recommends continuous training and improvement of technological infrastructure to maximize the benefits of information technology in school environments.

Abstract

A quality correspondence management system can have a significant influence on the efficiency and effectiveness of school activities. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is also a literature study or library research method. Library institute research is because researchers need data from various literary sources, such as books and journals, to build a theoretical basis for the problem to be researched, namely “The Influence of the Quality of the Correspondence Management System on Efficiency and Effectiveness in Schools”. The aim of this research is to determine the basic concepts of the correspondence management system, the quality of the correspondence management system, the influence of the quality of the correspondence management system on efficiency and effectiveness in schools, and evaluate the effectiveness of archives governance as an effort to improve school performance. The research results show that efficiency can be achieved through a structured letter handling process, fast tracking and tracing capabilities of letters, as well as minimizing duplication or delays in handling letters. Meanwhile, effectiveness can be increased by ensuring compliance with regulations and policies related to records management, easy access to required information, and making appropriate decisions based on available data and information.
