Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of educational organizations at SMA Negeri 1 Tebingtinggi. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative research methods. The instrument used was teacher interviews at SMA Negeri 1 Tebingtinggi. The results of the research conducted show that the management of educational organizations at SMA Negeri 1 Tebingtinggi plays a very important role for educational organizations at the school, including guidance and counseling teachers, subject teachers, homeroom teachers and other school staff.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there are differences in the learning outcomes of students who work and students who do not work. This study uses quantitative methods with comparative studies. The results of this research, which was carried out using an independent sample t-test, show that the learning outcomes of working students are different from those of students who do not work. More research is needed on how the learning outcomes of working and non-working students differ.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about a person's personality disorder, whether they have this personality disorder from an early age (congenital) or because of stress in dealing with life. Personality disorders are usually caused by the process of mental development and social life. Personality disorders themselves are processes of mental development that are not in accordance with mental development in general or can be called mental disorders. Personality disorder is a condition of someone who has unhealthy thought patterns or behavior. However, this disorder can be cured with therapy or using medication if it is too severe.
