Abstract

The current phenomenon is that digitalization for some MSMEs provides benefits and benefits, but for several other MSMEs, especially with all their limitations, digitalization seems to bring serious challenges due to various factors. Therefore, various parties are trying to carry out activities to boost the capabilities of MSMEs in terms of digital financial literacy and digital payment skills, and financial reporting applications in order to improve their financial performance. The research method used a mixed method (mixed method) sequential explanatory on 40 MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City. The research results show that the financial performance of Tasikmalaya City MSMEs has an average Current Ratio of 3.9, Debt to Equity Ratio of 0.54 and Net Profit Margin of 1.38. In terms of financial digital literacy it is good, and for the use of digital payments it is good because on average MSMEs use more than one type of digital payment, and for financial reporting applications it was found that MSMEs on average use premium applications compared to free ones because the features are more complete and also the use of more than two financial reporting applications because each application has its own advantages and disadvantages. In addition, quantitatively shows that simultaneously digital financial literacy, digital payments and the application of financial reports have a significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs and partially financial digital literacy and digital payments have a significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs, while the application of financial reports has no influence. significant impact on the financial performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Digitalization is increasingly entering the MSME environment, which, if used properly, digitalization will help MSMEs in optimizing their income. One of the dimensions entered by digital is in terms of MSME finance, that is financial reporting applications. This helps several MSMEs in preparing financial reports even though these MSMEs do not have the ability to prepare their own financial reports. Financial reports have various benefits, one of which is to see the financial condition of MSMEs. This research is to find out the use of applications that generate financial reports on MSMEs. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of this research show that MSMEs use various kinds of financial reporting applications for various reasons and have various obstacles in their use, apart from that there are various government policies to support the use of financial reporting applications within the MSMEs sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of NCT Dream Brand Ambassador and Brand Awareness simultaneously on Purchase Interest in TosTos Tortilla Chips snack products. The influence of the NCT Dream Brand Ambassador and Brand Awareness partially on buying interest in TosTos Tortilla Chips snack products. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents. Sampling uses non-probability, precisely using purposive sampling. And the analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that the Brand Ambassador is classified as Very Good, Brand Awareness is included in the very good classification and purchase interest is included in the very good classification. The test results show that simultaneously Brand Ambassador and Brand Awareness have a significant effect on purchasing interest. Partially, Brand Ambassadors have a significant influence on purchasing interest, and Brand Awareness has a significant influence on Purchase Interest.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the influence of financial literacy, self-control and financial inclusion on saving behavior (survey of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya). This research uses a quantitative causality method with a survey approach. The population taken in this research were students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya who were still active in 2023-2024. With a research sample of 100 respondents. The technique for determining the sample in this research uses nonprobability sampling, precisely using incidental sampling techniques. The data obtained in this research are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that financial literacy, self-control and financial inclusion simultaneously have a significant effect on saving behavior. Based on the results of the T test, it shows that financial literacy and self-control partially have a significant effect on saving behavior. Meanwhile, partial financial inclusion has no significant effect on saving behavior.

Abstract

This research took place in Tasikmalaya City and aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance production department at PT. Daiwani Putra Utama. This research involves use of survey methods with a quantitative approach, employee section production as a population, and random sampling techniques with cluster sampling as a sampling technique with a sample size of 55 people production employees. Data processing is carried out from primary data sources and and secondary. The research data is then processed by testing validity and reliability, classical assumption tests, statistical analysis tests, and hypothesis tests with using the SPSS version 25 application. Based on the F test results, it shows compensation and work discipline influence employee performance significantly. The T test results show that compensation partially influences performance employees significantly, while work discipline partially does not significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of promotion and service quality on purchase interest at the Doa Ibu Ciawi Tasikmalaya Gallery Store. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. The population studied was 100 respondents. The data collected is in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24 software. The research results show that promotion and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing interest at the Doa Ibu Ciawi Tasikmalaya Gallery Store. Service quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing interest at the Doa Ibu Ciawi Tasikmalaya Gallery Store.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to find out how the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Charoen Pokpand Indonesia Tbk. The research method used are quantitative. The data analyze tool used is multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. Based on the result of the study, it is known that simultaneously between Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a significant on Return On Assets (ROA). While partially between Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Company value is one measure of the success of company management during its operating process. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of investment decisions as measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER), funding decisions as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and dividend policy as measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on firm value as measured by Price to Book Value Ratio (PBV) simultaneously or partially. The data used in this study are the annual financial statements of Banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022 using purposive sampling techniques in the sample selection method. Based on the specified categories, the samples used in the study amounted to 10 companies. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis tool used to test the research hypothesis is panel data regression analysis using E-Views version 12. The results of this study can be concluded that investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. While partially investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, funding decisions are negative and have no significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy has a significant negative effect on firm value.
