Abstract

Learning method media visual audio is one of the methods that is currently used frequently, on the various teaching systems in school. There had many studies that have been done to find out the increase in student learning outcomes after this method was applied purpose of this study was done to look for how large the increase was by conducting Meta analysis techniques, while for the data collection method itself researchers using library studies methods that can go through several existing journal articles on the internet through the google scholar platforms with through several variable criteria needed as research material. After doing the research getting results on how the role of using audio visual media learning methods in elementary school students is a test resulting rate using the effect size cohen formula shows an increase included in the big category. However, because the subjects taken are also varied, the results of this test have not been able to become an indicator of how much the impact of this learning method because there are still many factors that affect the quality of learning supporting equipment, and also the level of teaching staff in each school on this method and also different.

Abstract

PT. Samco Farma merupakan sebuah perusahaan industri farmasi yang memproduksi obat. Dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan adalah masalah perawatan (maintenance) pada mesin. Salah satu hambatan yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam produksi adalah terjadinya downtime pada mesin. Downtime meliputi mesin berhenti beroperasi akibat kerusakan mesin atau peralatan, bongkar pasang sparepart, pelaksanaan prosedur setup adjustment dan lain-lainnya. Downtime juga sangat berpengaruh pada perusahaan yang mengakibatkan tidak efisiennya tingkat produksi sehingga target produksi tidak tercapai dan menimbulkan deffect yang banyak. Penelitian ini mengukur nilai OEE pada mesin cartoning selama bulan Januari-Juni 2022 dan menganalisis nilai tersebut. Nilai OEE yang diperoleh secara berturut-turut dalam 6 bulan adalah 72,23%, 64,18%, 73,61%, 67,36%, 60,36%,dan 71,62% nilai tersebut masuk kedalam kategori sedang yaitu dibawah standar OEE 85%. Penyebab tidak tercapainya nilai OEE karena rendahnya nilai rate of quality yang disebabkan oleh tinggi rendahnya jumlah deffect yang dipengaruhi oleh downtime disetiap bulannya. Kata kunci: OEE, Effectiveness, Cartoning Machine, Maintenance, Product Packaging

Abstract

PT. SF is a company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry. This company has several problems faced, one of the problems that often occurs is the high time in the machine setup process  , so that the fulfillment of production targets is disrupted. The number of types of products makes the number of model change processes which of course have different types, so that this has an impact on the amount of production produced. Therefore, this study was conducted to minimize setup time  using  the single minute exchange of dies (SMED) method. The results showed that there were  5 work stations in the packing section, where of these 5 work stations  the one with the highest setup time was the cartoning  machine workstation  with an initial setup time  of 63,84 minutes. After applying  the single minute exchange of dies (SMED) method, the setup process  can be lowered to 46,69 minutes. So it can save set-up time  by 17.15 minutes. Keywords: SMED implementation, setup time improvement, internal setup, external setup
