Abstract

This article aims to review the application of mathematics in economics regarding the function of demand and supply and market stability. This study uses exploratory methods and data is collected through literature study techniques. The use of demand, supply and market balance problems can be in the form of mathematical concepts in a two-variable linear equation system and the solutions are formed through elimination, substitution, and graphic methods. The study findings explain that the correlation between demand and supply functions is formed from the mathematical concept of linear functions and equations of two variables.

Abstract

Humanist literacy is the ability to understand all aspects related to humanity. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how humanist literacy teaching taught by teachers can be missed by their students. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with library study data collection methods. Research data sources are taken from various existing sources such as articles and printed books and then processed into new information. By conducting this research, the results were found, namely (1) A professional teacher is the quality of a teacher who can carry out all his duties in accordance with the field he masters, (2) humanist literacy is needed by a student, because with humanist literacy a child will be able to to read the conditions around him.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) to describe the school climate towards staff freedom at the Koto Tangah Padang District Public Middle School, (2) to describe the school climate towards professional interest at the Koto Tangah Padang District Public Middle School, (3) to describe the school climate towards affiliation at the Public Middle School Koto Tangah Padang District, (4) describes the school climate towards support for students at SMP Negeri Koto Tangah Padang District, (5) describes the school climate towards the completeness of resources at SMP Negeri Koto Tangah Padang District. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in the study were teachers at the Koto Tangah Padang District Public Middle School, totaling 72 samples. Sampling using stratified proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used for research is a closed questionnaire using descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) the school climate towards staff freedom at the Koto Tangah Padang District Public Middle School was conducive with the highest average of 4.6, (2) the school climate towards professional interest at the Koto Tangah Padang District Public Middle School was very conducive with an average the highest average is 4.75, (3) the school climate towards affiliation at the Koto Tangah Padang District Public Middle School is conducive with the highest average 4.54, (4) the school climate towards supporting students at the Koto Tangah Padang District Public Middle School is very conducive with the highest average is 4.75, (5) the school climate for the completeness of resources at SMP Negeri Koto Tangah Padang District is very conducive with the highest average being 4.67. The conclusion is that the school climate in SMP Negeri Koto Tangah Padang District is conducive from all aspects, namely from staff freedom, professional interest, affiliation, support for students and to the completeness of resources.

Abstract

Tujuan: Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian Implora Urban Lipcream Matte di Toko Paris Cosmetics Cikampek-Karawang secara parsial dan simultan. Metodologi/Pendekatan: Adapun metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif serta pendekatan survei, deskriptif, dan verifikatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan software SPPS versi 23.0 dan microsoft excel 2021. Hasil: Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 45,8% (sedang), pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 17% (sangat rendah), pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek Implora Urban Lip Cream Matte terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian pada Toko Paris Cosmetics Cikampek-Karawang sebesar 62,8% (kuat), sedangkan sisanya 37,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Implikasi Praktis: Penelitian ini memberikan rujukan bagi perusahaan dalam membuat kebijakan mengenai kualitas dan citra produk. Kebaruan: Penelitian ini memberikan referensi baru dalam bidang pemasaran.
