Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah bagian penting dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang beroperasi setiap hari dan memainkan peran besar dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Pelayanan diberikan berlangsung sepanjang hari. kebutuhan, tuntutan, dan shift kerja inilah yang sering menyebabkan kelelahan kerja, yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja pada perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara shift kerja, kelelahan kerja terhadap stress kerja pada perawat di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis secara deskriptif dari artikel dan jurnal terkait dengan pencarian dilakukan dengan mengakses database pada Google Scholar. Berdasarkan kajian literature yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa stres kerja pada perawat disebabkan dari beberapa faktor yaitu shift kerja dan kelelahan kerja. Kekelahan kerja yang tinggi dapat mempengaruhi kenerja dan kemampuan tenaga kerja perawat dalam menghasilkan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Adolescence is an important period that requires proper knowledge about reproductive health to avoid risks such as unwanted pregnancy, risky sexual behavior, and the spread of HIV/AIDS. This study aims to increase understanding and awareness of adolescent reproductive health at SMP Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamat through community service activities. Through counseling approaches and interactive discussions, students are provided with information about physical changes, reproductive health, and the impact of unhealthy behaviors. The results of this activity show the high enthusiasm of students in discussions and questions related to reproductive health, indicating the success of the program. This counseling provides a positive first step in equipping students with essential knowledge to make smart decisions related to reproductive health. For the continuation of the program, it is recommended to conduct periodic evaluations, form a team of trained adolescent counselors, and conduct monitoring by accompanying teachers to ensure the application of reproductive health information in students' daily lives. With support from educators and medical personnel, it is hoped that students can develop a better understanding of reproductive health and build a positive attitude towards self-care.

Abstract

Coastal work areas are also undeniably at great risk of occupational accidents. However, fishermen usually do not equip and use personal protective equipment and safety equipment. This makes the work of fishermen quite risky. The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential hazards of occupational safety and health in fishermen on the coast. This research is a literature review with data collection methods and uses literature studies. A literature study is conducted by searching for data from published articles or national journals related to the keywords of this research to be analyzed by accessing the database on Google Scholar, then the data is filtered again based on the title, abstract, and content that is in accordance with the research. The criteria for the selected articles are published 2020-2024, indexed by Google Scholar, indexed nationally and internationally, and indexed by students. The results of this literature study are potential occupational health and safety hazards in fishermen, namely chemical, physical, ergonomic, and psychosocial hazards.
