Abstract

This research aims to understand and find problems related to managing library digital archives using bibliometric analysis. Bibliometric analysis was carried out on journals on the topic "Library Digital Archive" taken from the Web of Science (WoS) which produced 3,211 overall results, then filtered again according to the period from 2019 to 2023 producing 847 data and 500 data were taken for bibliometric analysis. To overcome and minimize risks arising from digital library archives using biblioshiny applications related to literature from 2019 to 2023. Analysis of journals related to library digital archives requires adjustments to archive management to digital form following advances in information technology, by using the flowchart method to carry out bibliometric analysis to provide emphasis during training or formulating policies, to expand knowledge about library digital archives to obtain positive results from adapting information technology and trends related to library digital archive management.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami dan menemukan permasalahan terkait pengelolaan arsip digital perpustakaan menggunakan analisis bibliometric. Analisis bibliometrika dilakukan terhadap jurnal mengenai topik “Library Digital Archive” yang diambil dari Web of Science (WoS) yang menghasilkan 3.211 untuk hasil keseluruhan, kemudian difilter kembali sesuai periode muali 2019 sampai 2023 menghasilkan data sebanyak 847 dan diambil 500 data untuk dianalsis bibliometrik. Guna mengatasi dan meminimalisir resiko yang timbul dari adanya arsip digital perpustakaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi biblioshiny terkait literatur tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Analisis jurnal terkait arsip digital perpustakaan memerlukan penyesuaian pengelolaan arsip ke bentuk digital sesuai kemajuan teknologi informasi. Dengan menggunkan metode flowchart untuk melakukan analisis bibliometric guna memberikan penekanan saat pelatihan ataupun merumuskan kebijakan, untuk memperluas ilmu pengetahuan tentang arsip digital perpustakaan guna memperoleh hasil positif dari adaptasi teknologi informasi dan tren terkait pengelolaan arsip digital perpustakaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of research regarding the implementation of e-Government in 2019-2023 and can be used as a literature review for further research on how to implement e-Government. The method used in this study is a bibliometric analysis conducted in the Scopus global literature journal by including the keyword "E-Government Implementation". The results of the bibliometric analysis show that This study aims to analyze the development of research regarding the implementation of e-Government in 2019-2023. The method used in this study is a bibliometric analysis conducted in the Scopus global literature journal by including the keyword "E-Government Implementation". The results of the bibliometric analysis show that 2019 was the year with the most publications regarding e-government, reaching 209 publications, with the most research subjects in the fields of social and computer science, and the country that published the most research was Indonesia. E-government keywords are the most used keywords in several studies related to the implementation of e-Government.

Abstract

Kebijakan berbasis bukti merupakan bentuk pemanfaatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi guna mendorong transformasi dan menunjang berbagai kegiatan manusia melalui produk kebijakan.Namun, penggunaan bukti dalam perumusan kebijakan masih menjadi tantangan dalam sektor publik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi, melihat alur, dan arah penelitian secara terstruktur dalam studi kebijakan berbasis bukti dalam bidang pendidikan yang terbit pada tahun 2013-2022. Menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik dengan memanfaatkan database jurnal dari Web of Science yang divisualisasikan menggunakan aplikasi VosViewer dan R Biblioshiny untuk menganalisis 158 artikel publikasi yang telah disaring berkaitan dengan kebijakan berbasis bukti dan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa bidang subjek Education Educational Research dan publikasi di dalam Journal Evidence and Policy menjadi sumber referensi utama. Britania Raya dan Australia menjadi negara yang banyak memproduksi dan melakukan menjadi subjekdalam topik kebijakan berbasis bukti dalam bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

Perdagangan manusia adalah permasalahan global yang telah menjadi fokus dalam agenda hak asasi manusia, keadilan sosial, dan kebijakan publik. Permasalahan ini melibakan eksploitasi individu untuk tujuan komersial, termasuk perdagangan seksual, pekerja paksa, sampai pada praktik perdagangan organ manusia. Kajian terkait perdagangan manusia juga menjadi perhatian di kalangan ilmuan, praktisi, dan pembuat kebijakan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah analisis terhadap perkembangan penelitian tentang perdagangan orang. Data diperoleh dari database yang diterbitkan oleh scopus pada tahun 2016 hingga 2023. Salah satu kunci yang digunakan adalah “trafficking” untuk mencapai hasil yang sesuai dengan penelitian bibliometric yang harus dilakukan. Data bibliometric dianalisis dan menghasilkan visualisasi melalui aplikasi VosViewer. Hasil kata kunci sebanyak 4463 dalam data yang diperoleh, 63 dinyatakan sesuai engan persyaratan pada kata kunci, dan ada 1607 link atau jumlah hubungan dalam data yang divisualisasikan. Selain itu analisis biblioshiny dilakukan dengan visualisasi wordcloud tema atau subjek yang terhubung pada topik peneliti. Human trafficking is a global problem that has become a focus on human rights, social justice, and public policy agendas. This problem involves the exploitation of individuals for commercial purposes, including sexual trafficking, forced labour, and even the practice of trading human organs. Studies related to human trafficking are also of concern among scientists, practitioners and policymakers. This study aims to analyze the development of research on trafficking in persons. The data were obtained from a database published by Scopus from 2016 to 2023. One of the keys used is "trafficking" to achieve results that are in accordance with the bibliometric research that must be carried out. Bibliometric data is analysed and generates visualisations through the VosViewer application. The results of the keywords were 4463 in the data obtained, 63 were declared according to the requirements of the keywords, and there were 1607 links or the number of relationships in the visualized data. In addition, biblioshiny analysis is carried out by visualizing word cloud themes or subjects connected to the researcher's topic.

Abstract

This study aims to track the advancement of "Pentahelix"-related research. Scopus searches were used for this research. A flowchart illustrating the stages of the bibliometric analysis employed in this study's research methodology is provided. Software like Biblioshiny and VOSviewer are utilized as research aids. Forty-seven documents were included in the search results, exported as RIS and BibTex files, and processed using the VOSviewer and Biblioshiny software. It is known from the search results that there are 5 clusters and six authors who work together to write scholarly publications on "Pentahelix." "Pentahelix" research varied from year to year. Padjajaran University is the affiliate with the most publications. Indonesia has the most publications, followed by Australia, China, Ethiopia, Kenya, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Spain, England, and Italy. IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental SCI is a publication source with many scientific papers on the "Pentahelix," it is the affiliate with the most publications. Indonesia has produced the most "Petahelix" papers overall. The findings of this study will help government sector activists work together to advance the timely study of their respective scientific domains.Keywords: Pentahelix, VosViewer, Biblioshiny, Scopus.

Abstract

Abstrak: Populasi manusia semakin banyak, hal ini berbanding lurus dengan banyaknya makanan yang harus disediakan. Salah satu sumber makanan protein hewani yang dikonsumsi manusia adalah dari binatang unggas seperti ayam, itik, sapi. Penelitian makanan unggas dan makanan ternak menjadi perhatian bagi peneliti dan pemangku kepentingan agar makanan yang dikonsumsi hewan tidak membahayakan bagi ternak juga tidak membawa efek samping bagi manusia yang mengonsumsinya. Tujuan penelitian bibliometric ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan penelitian tentang poultry feed. Penelitian ini mengambil data dari scopus (scopus.com) dengan keywords poultry feed mulai tahun 2013 sampai 2022. Dari pencarian ini didapat jurnal ilmiah sebanyak 1.931. Penulis mengeluarkan review, conference paper, book chapter dan letter. Terakhir penulis memilih subject area agricultural & biological sciences. Dari sini penulis mendapat data sebanyak 495 untuk dianalisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dan VOSViewer. Hasil analisa diketahui negara United States menjadi negara terbanyak mempublish jurnal poultry feed. University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore Pakistan menjadi universitas terbanyak mempublish jurnal ini dan Kenis, M dan Mahata, M.E adalah author yang paling banyak mempublish jurnal ini. Dalam 10 tahun terakhir jurnal mengalami kenaikan hampir 3 kali lipat. Kata yang paling dibicarakan dalam penelitian ada 3 cluster yaitu treatment, sample, experiment. Kata kunci: Agricultural and Biological Sciences, Bibliometrics, Poultry Feed, VOSviewer Abstrack: The human population is increasing, this is directly proportional to the amount of food that must be provided. One source of animal protein food consumed by humans is from poultry such as chickens, ducks, cows. Research on poultry and livestock feed is a concern for researchers and stakeholders so that the food consumed by animals is not harmful to livestock nor does it have side effects for humans who consume it. The purpose of this bibliometric research is to find out the development of research on poultry feed. This study retrieved data from Scopus (scopus.com) with the keywords poultry feed from 2013 to 2022. This search yielded 1,931 scientific journals. The author issues reviews, conference papers, book chapters and letters. Finally, the author chose the subject area of agricultural & biological sciences. From here the writer got 495 data to be analyzed. This study uses bibliometric analysis and VOSViewer. The results of the analysis show that the United States is the country with the most publications in poultry feed journals. University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore Pakistan is the most published university in this journal and Kenis, M and Mahata, M.E are the authors that have published the most in this journal. In the last 10 years journals have increased almost 3 times. The most discussed words in research are 3 clusters, namely treatment, sample, experiment. Abstract

This article conducts a thorough bibliometric analysis to explore the theme of "Statistical Data Processing Using SPSS," sourced from the Web of Science. Statistical analysis, essential in research, employs various methods, particularly for statistical data processing. Among the tools available for quantitative data analysis, SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) is prominently used. This study aims to analyze the efficiency and accuracy of SPSS in processing data, facilitating researchers in understanding relationships between variables for enhanced data-driven decision-making. The method involved searching data on the Web of Science and employing Biblioshiny for the bibliometric analysis. The analysis resulted in visualizations that categorized field data based on keywords, publication levels, regional distribution, and several relevant document types, covering 500 documents dated from 1991 to 2023. The findings indicate an annual growth rate of 13.14% and an average document age of 6.08 years. The study concludes that SPSS offers a precise tool for testing quantitative research data, underscoring its utility in statistical data processing

Abstract

Knowing the bibliometric analysis of AI publications in the librarian system will be a great research opportunity because its development is very high. On the other hand, we can solve the convenience of current bibliometric analysis with bibliometric network applications, such as VOSViewer. However, the calculation is presented with two options, complete and fractional, for analysis. The bibliometric method is used to analyze the trend from time to time regarding AI in this library. The study uses Scopus to get data and VOSViewer to analyze, accompanied by trials with full and fractional methods. Through a restricted search of the past five years. AI has relevance to Librarianship Systems and trends in Digital Libraries. Then, it is found that there are differences in the calculation of the total and fractional methods that stand out in the bibliographic coupling approach. The development of AI in the librarian system is very high and is influenced by surrounding phenomena, while the choice of whole and fractional methods is not found to have absolute differences.

Abstract

Effective corporate governance necessitates the continual nurturing and cultivation of employee potential for long-term professional success. However, assessing an employee's potential and performance objectively and consistently from the start of their career presents a substantial difficulty in reducing any mismatches with the company's goals and expectations. This study introduces a predictive methodology that uses probationary employee performance to map their potential. The study focuses on Performance (Y-axis) and Potential (X-axis) variables using data from 265 employees at Company X who went through a probationary period. Various machine learning models, including Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes, k-NN, SVM, and Decision Tree, were used to analyze data using Orange Data Mining software. The Logistic Regression model has the highest accuracy, at 90% (0.906). Validity testing, using the Confusion Matrix, allowed individuals to be classified into nine potential groups, in accordance with the 9-Box Matrix Talent Management paradigm. This classification provides HR with a strategic tool for tailoring career development strategies based on expected potential within their respective sectors.
