Abstract

Pengenalan perkoperasian yang dilakukan secara optimal kepada masyarakat akan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap koperasi, sehingga menimbulkan minat masyarakat secara sadar dan sukarela bergabung menjadi anggota koperasi atau secara bersama-sama mendirikan sebuah lembaga koperasi sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan prinsipprinsip koperasi yang sesuai dengan Undang-undang Nomor 25 Tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian. Kegiatan sosialisasi tentang pendidikan perkoperasian ini penting untuk dilakukan agar masyarakat pra koperasi mengetahui cara mendirikan koperasi, membuat AD/ART koperasi, dengan pemahaman tentang koperasi yang memadai, bisa dipastikan pendirian koperasi tidak akan mengalami kendala. Khalayak sasaran yang mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi pendidikan perkoperasian ini adalah warga Gampong Lancang yang berprofesi sebagai nelayan Kecamatan Jeunieb Kabupaten Bireuen. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman cara berkoperasi yang benar sehingga nantinya pada saat masyarakat menjadi anggota koperasi akan meningkatkan partisipasi mereka sebagai anggota koperasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendidikan orang dewasa (POD) dengan menggunakan teknik ceramah, simulasi, diskusi kelompok dan studi kasus. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diikuti oleh 20 orang peserta secara antusias, semua peserta ikut terlibat dalam simulasi dan pembahasan studi kasus. Pendidikan perkoperasian dilakukan dengan dua arah sehingga peserta langsung dapat merasakan prosesnya.

Abstract

Employment agency such as construction companies must maintain and provide the health of employees, this health comprehensively includes the physical and mental health of workers. Poor worker health can have unfavorable effects for both the worker and the company. Occupational health programs can be carried out by creating a healthy work environment. In the implementation, the occupational health program is always followed by an occupational safety program because the two programs are interrelated in the maintenance of workers. Occupational safety is safety related to the use of the latest technology such as machines, work equipments, materials and processing, the foundation of the place and the environment and steps of the work. Occupational safety and health can help make workers feel comfortable, safe and secure in carrying out the obligations to the company. The purpose of this research was to determine the application of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and the comfort level of workers at PT. Wandra Cipta Engineering Consultant in the tenement (Rusunawa) building project of the Almuslim foundation, Bireuen Regency. The research method used in this research was a quantitative method including surveys, questionnaires and interviews while data processing was done by using SPSS software version 25. The results of the research indicated that Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and the comfort level of workers at PT. Wandra Cipta Engineering Consultant in the tenement (Rusunawa) building project of the Almuslim foundation, Bireuen Regency was very comfortable. This can be seen from the results of data processing on occupational safety and health, it was found that 58.57% of the respondents agreed and the reliability test was 0.724 and 0.843. respectively

Abstract

Roads are an important infrastructure for the community in mobilizing. Therefore, it needs special attention in terms of safety and comfort. In several parts of Indonesia, during the rainy season, especially in North Aceh District, Lhoksukon often experiences flooding and the water inundates the roads. This disrupts road users and mobilization. Porous asphalt is a flexible pavement which has excellent advantages for countries with tropical climates such as our country, Indonesia. The advantages of porous asphalt are planned to have large cavities so that they can absorb water freely. In this study the authors will examine the use of red brick ash as a filler obtained at a brick factory in Blang Panjoe Village, Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency. The varying levels of brick ash as filler in porous asphalt mixtures are 0%, 30% and 50%. Furthermore, the determination of KAO and the manufacture of porous asphalt mixing specimens were carried out with red rock ash as a filler substitute of 0%, 30% and 50%. The maximum percentage variation in brick ash content was obtained at 50% substitution with a stability value of 591 kg, a yield value of 3.27 mm, MQ 181.26 kg/mm and VIM 18.8%. The results of the research on the stability and flow values and the Marshall parameters meet the AAPA specifications.
