Abstract

Tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by the bacterium Microbacterium Tuberculosis. Transmission occurs when a TB patient coughs or sneezes, the germs are spread in the air in the form of sputum droplets (droplet nuclei). The use of OAT in TB patients based on the duration of OAT consumption can cause a decrease in hematocrit values due to side effects of the drug, namely anemia and thrombocytopenia. The method used in this research is descriptive. This study aims to describe the hematocrit value of TB patients receiving OAT treatment at the Raya Pematangsiantar Health Center. The sample of this research is 30 people taken by purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that 24 people (80%) received OAT treatment at the end of the second month, where the examination results showed that 15 people (62.5%) had low hematocrit values, and 9 people (37.5%) were normal. ) shows a low hematocrit value. At the examination of patients receiving treatment at the end of the sixth month, 6 people (20%) showed that the results of the examination with low hematocrit values were 6 people (100%). The low hematocrit value found in TB patients on treatment at the end of the second and sixth months is due to the side effects of the OAT consumed, age, sex and immunity against bacteria that attack blood cells resulting in a decrease in the value of the hematocrit. It can be concluded that of the 30 TB patients who received OAT treatment at the end of the second and sixth months, the number of patients with low hematocrit values was more than those with normal hematocrit values. Therefore it is suggested to the public to be able to follow the treatment procedures that have been recommended especially for TB sufferers.

Abstract

Doctors carry out their duties as health service providers, doctors will not be separated from things called prescriptions. Prescription is the final embodiment of physician competence in medical care. A good prescription should contain enough information to enable the pharmacist concerned to understand what drug is to be given to the patient. The aim was to find out the completeness of prescriptions at the Petatal Health Center in accordance with PMK No. 74 of 2016. The research was descriptive in nature, with random data collection and observing incoming recipes during the January-December 2018 period written by doctors. Administrative screening was carried out on 384 doctor's prescriptions by filling in the data collection table, according to the completeness aspect of the prescription being reviewed.

This study aims to determineThe Effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at Pt. Karya Hevea Indonesia With Work Discipline As Intervening Variable. Based on 1)it can be seen that tcount (4.363) > ttable (1.701), as well as with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Leadership Style variable(X) positive and significant effecton Work Discipline (Y1). 2) it can be seen that tcount (1.917) > ttable (1.701), and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Leadership Style(X) positive and significant effecton Employee Performance (Y2). 3) it can be seen that tcount (2.504) > ttable (1.701), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning Work Discipline (Y1)influentialpositive andsignificanton Employee Performance (Y2). 4) the direct effect of variable X on variable Y2 is 0.200. While the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is 0.636 x 0.329 = 0.2092, the results of the calculations show that the direct effect through the X variable is smaller than the indirect effect on the Y2 variable.
