Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Analysis of Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Products In Sharia Law Perspective (Study of Indigenous Self-Help Cooperatives Klapanunggal Bogor Regency)” this is descriptive qualitative research, namely The researcher explains the facts in the field to determine their suitability with sharia standards in the process of implementing the products contained in Klapanunggal Indigenous Self-Help Cooperative, Bogor Regency. This thesis is focused research on the Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Unit. In the product divided into 2 (two), namely financing products and savings products. Results research shows that the Klapanunggal Indigenous Self-Help Cooperative inits implementation is in accordance with sharia. Rukun, terms and conditions of the contract are created based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa (National Sharia Council - Ulama Council Indonesia) which has been adapted to the Koran, al-Hadith and the consensus of the ulama.

Abstract

This research discusses observations of Law Number 41 concerning Waqf in the context of the practice of purchasing land for waqf done collectively. explained in a mosque, namely the Mosque Darussalam in Tourism City, Bogor. Purchase of land for waqf collective is an act of charity that can be carried out by individuals, group, or institution to acquire land or property with purpose of waqf. Waqf is a concept in Islam where a person or a group donates assets (usually land or property) to charitable or public interest purposes. The main purpose of waqf is to improve social and community welfare. This research examine relevant aspects, such as land purchasing practices, type of waqf used, pillars and terms of waqf according to Law Number 41 of 2004. This research method uses qualitative approach with data collection through interviews mosque administrators, identify related aspects with Law Number 41 concerning waqf, nadzir, power of attorney and property ownership, allocation of waqf assets. Research result shows that the practice of purchasing land for waqf is carried out collectively at the Darussalam Mosque Foundation is appropriate with the Waqf Law number 41 of 2004.

Abstract

Purpose — The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between fashion involvement, pro-environmental attitudes, and consumption of sustainable fashion in the Indonesian market.Method — The research was conducted in the Capital City of Jakarta and satellite cities, involving 236 respondents from three generational groups (Gen X, Gen Y, Gen Z). The study employed surveys to gather data on fashion involvement, pro-environmental attitudes, and sustainable fashion consumption.Result — The findings of the study indicate that both fashion engagement and pro-environmental attitudes have a significant and positive relationship with the consumption of sustainable fashion in the Indonesian market. The research also highlights the importance of social norms and attitudes in influencing sustainable fashion purchasing behavior.Contribution — This research provides valuable insights into the factors driving sustainable fashion consumption in Indonesia through the influence of fashion engagement and pro-environmental attitude variables on three different generational groups, namely gen X, gen Y, and gen Z in Indonesia.
