Abstract

Investarization of potential allelopathy plants, allelopathy substances are compounds released by plants into the environment where other plants grow. This study aims to find out the conditions of the allelopathic plant research area in the North Sumatra State Islamic University area and find out the types of weeds found in the North Sumatra State Islamic University area. Based on the research conducted in the observation, it was found that there were 3 species of sea cypress plants and 3 species of pine plants.

Abstract

This research is about higher education and the challenges of the world of work. The research method used is qualitative with a literal study with qualitative data collection by finding and compiling data obtained from several sources or systematically arranged research. From the observations that have been obtained that it takes the cooperation of various parties. Skills or skills are still being developed so that after graduation they have no difficulty in finding work rather than just relying on the cognitive (knowledge) aspect.
