Abstract

The role of the school principal in quality development education is one of transformative leadership. Educational leaders who can effectively communicate a compelling vision for learning innovation and foster a cooperative and inclusive school culture can inspire collaboration among educators, students, and other stakeholders, leading to the advancement of educational strategic management. This study intends to examine the leadership role of school principals in creating strategies and policies that support improving educational standards, as well as the obstacles and difficulties faced by school principals when implementing development programs. In addition, this research will look at how the principal's leadership influences teacher involvement and participation in efforts to improve the level of education at SD Negeri 106813. The case study at SD Negeri 106813 was approached qualitatively in this research, interviews, observations, and document analysis were used to collect data. Research findings show that the head's leadership in developing strategies and policies aimed at improving the quality of education at SD Negeri 106813 is an important function of the school. A school principal must be fully committed to improving educational standards in the school and can develop workable solutions

Abstract

Archives management is very important and is a necessity to continue to progress in its services, proper and accurate control of archives, apart from being an asset for an agency, is also useful as material for organizational decision making, because with archives or files that are prepared and accurate, choice making can be achieved. , carried out quickly and accurately. The method in this article uses library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. The conclusions are; By using good records management, organizations can increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing correspondence. Archives management also helps organizations save costs, improve service quality, and increase document security.

Abstract

Implementing a systems approach in improving school management is an effort that aims to design, manage and optimize all components involved in school operations as an integrated system. This approach allows the school to operate as an integrated entity, focusing on various interrelated components.This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection instrument namely through (1) observation, (2) interviews and (3) documentation. The implementation of a systems approach in improving the management of SMA Negeri 7 Binjai shows that this approach has great potential to bring positive changes in school management. By implementing a systems approach, schools can better manage resources, teachers, and students to improve the quality of education and learning outcomes
