Abstract

Manajemen adalah suatu usaha pemanfaatan segala sumber daya yang dipunya baik sumber manusia maupun sumber material yang dilakukan dalam rangka membantu organisasi mewujudkan kinerja yang tinggi. strategi merupakan serangkaian komitmen dan tindakan terpadu serta terkoordinasi yang dirancang untuk memaksimalkan kompetensi inti dan mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif pada organisasi. Pada saat memilih strategi, organisasi membuat dan mengembangan pilihan di antara alternatif yang ada untuk memutuskan bagaimana organisasi akan mengejar daya saing strategik. manajemen strategi merupakan suatu proses organisasi menata perumusan dan pengimplementasian strateginya. Dalam rangka peningkatan kompetensi yang nyata berbeda dari organisasi perusahaan tersebut. Dari teori tersebut terlihat bahwa manajemen strategi memiliki pengaruh terhadap perkembangan organisasi atau perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the leadership of the principal at MTS AL-JIHAD MEDAN, the method used in this research is descriptive research using qualitative. Data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. These results find that leadership and education are two different things. Leadership itself means a main object that has influence on other objects, while education is an effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students are able to absorb or get something new, whether in the form of knowledge and experience. On this occasion we will discuss leadership in integrated Islamic school education institutions. In an Islamic educational institution at Mts Al Jihad Medan. Leadership plays an important role and has a great responsibility, because it is the prime mover and also a motivator for the organization they lead. In the leadership system, it must have its own role in order to facilitate the pace of movement of its leadership and also to facilitate the achievement of the vision and mission of the leadership. Leadership will be said to be successful if the rate of leadership is directed according to the initial goals of the organization. So these two things between leadership and education are important and interesting things for us to discuss thoroughly, so that we can also have attitudes and knowledge like a leader, especially in the world of education. Abstract

Implementing a systems approach in improving school management is an effort that aims to design, manage and optimize all components involved in school operations as an integrated system. This approach allows the school to operate as an integrated entity, focusing on various interrelated components.This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection instrument namely through (1) observation, (2) interviews and (3) documentation. The implementation of a systems approach in improving the management of SMA Negeri 7 Binjai shows that this approach has great potential to bring positive changes in school management. By implementing a systems approach, schools can better manage resources, teachers, and students to improve the quality of education and learning outcomes
