Abstract

Research was conducted on one of the arts and cultures in Indonesia, namely dance. The dance chosen as the object of this research is the Malay Zapin Dance. This research was conducted to discover what Islamic values are contained in dance, which is used as one of the arts. The study was performed using the Literature Review Method. Researchers conducted research by collecting various sources that conducted similar research and reviewing the research results by providing updates on the values of Islamic education, which will be used as a reference for subsequent analysis. The research results show several Islamic educational values found in the Malay Zapin dance, including Worship, Aqidah, and Moral Values found in several Malay Zapin Tatri movements. This can be used as a reference to become a source of knowledge regarding the values of Islamic education.

Abstract

Interest in learning is an important aspect of the learning process. Some of the literature that the author found shows low interest in learning students at the elementary / MI level. The research method used is a quantitative type of quasi-experiment. The population in this study was a whole rush of grade VI students. The instrument trial sample comprised 114 respondents and class samples, namely IV.A and IV.B. The research showed an increase of 1.04 points in classes using class point learning media and independent sample t-test results showing a value of Sig.0.569. Based on these results, the author concludes that classpoint learning media has an effect but is not significant on students' learning interest in social studies material at MI Munawariyah Palembang.
