Abstract

This research is to analyze Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Village Fund Management Performance. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study consisted of 30 respondents. Village Funds are a form of the state's commitment to protecting and empowering villages to become strong, advanced, independent and democratic. Kemangi Village, Tanah Miring District is one of the villages that received these funds. In the last 3-4 years these funds have no longer been used properly. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The findings in this research are: Transparency (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on Village Fund Management Performance, Accountability (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on Village Fund Management Performance, Accountability (X3) has no positive and insignificant effect on Fund Management Performance Village, Independence (X4) has a negative and insignificant effect on Village Fund Management Performance and Fairness (X5) shows that it partially has a positive and insignificant effect on Village Fund Management Performance. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness have a positive and significant effect on Village Fund Management Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan Pelatihan Pengelolaan Keuangan Sederhana Bagi Pemilik Kantin Universitas Musamus mengenai cara pengelolaan keuangan yang mudah dan benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dan metode praktik menggunakan aplikasi Dompetku untuk pengelolaan keuangan. Program pengabdian ini dirasa penting dalam rangka membantu pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan benar bagi pemilik Kantin Universitas musamus. Target dan luaran yang ingin dicapai melalui solusi pemecahan masalah: pelatihan tentang pengelolaan keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Dompetku menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktik. Hasil program pengabdian masyarakat adalah melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini Pemilik Kantin Universitas Musamus dapat membuat pencatatan keuangan dengan rapi dan lebih praktis dengan memanfaatkan teknologi saat ini dan hasilnya peserta yaitu pemilik kantin Universitas Musamus mudah memahami penggunaan aplikasi tersebut karena aplikasi Dompetku sangat sederhana dan dapat digunakan dimanapun dan dapat di download dengan menggunakan Handphone.

Abstract

Due to more travel opportunities, the air transport sector has expanded considerably in recent decades. The techniques and operations management applications utilized in the air transportation industry. These include demand forecasting, which predicts future passenger numbers and helps in planning capacity and resources. This research aims to forecast the number of domestic airplane passenger arrivals using the ARIMA model with Minitab and explore the implication on the decision-making of operational management strategies in aviation industries in Indonesia. The research method was analyzed using the ARIMA Model with Minitab 22. The data was collected from the BPS Statistic database on airline domestic passenger arrivals in Indonesia. The result shows the best ARIMA Model is 1,0,1. The forecasting result show the upper and lower number of passengers for 5 years. The significant increase in air passengers necessitates that airlines focus on fleet capacity, flight availability, and service quality improvements while managing competitive ticket prices to maintain passenger numbers. Implementing effective forecasting and dynamic pricing strategies can optimize operational efficiency and ensure sustainable growth in the aviation industry.
