Abstract

Mata pelajaran akidah akhlak merupakan suatu mata pelajaran yang harus direalisasikan dalam bentuk tingkah laku atau perbuatan yang harmonis pada siswa, sebab pelajaran akidah akhlak bukan hanya bersifat kognitif semata melainkan harus diamalkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh sebab itu seorang guru dalam melaksanakan pengajaran aqidah akhlak harus senantiasa memberi tauladan yang baik bagi siswa saat berada di lingkungan sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi belajar akidah akhlak siswa kelas IX, untuk mengetahui upaya guru akidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar akidah akhlak dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat upaya guru akidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX di MTSN 3 Fillial Tegalarum Klaten Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunaan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa observasi, metode wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang telah di dapatkan menyimpulkan dengan adanya upaya guru, motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dikatakan sudah cukup baik dan guru juga telah mengusahakan sebaik mungkin untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di dalam kelas. Kepala Sekolah juga mengatakan bahwa dengan adanya upaya dari guru cepat atau lambat pasti akan ada perubahan, siswa akan menyadari bahwa semua hanya untuk kebaikan mereka. Aqidah Akhlak subject is a subject that must be realized in the form of harmonious behavior or actions for students, because Aqidah Akhlak lessons are not only cognitive but must be practiced in everyday life. Therefore a teacher in carrying out teaching aqeedah morals must always provide a good role model for students while in the school environment and outside the school. This study aims to find out how the learning motivation of Aqidah Akhlak students in class IX, to find out the efforts of Aqidah Akhlak teachers in increasing their motivation to learn Aqidah Akhlak and the factors that support and hinder the efforts of Aqidah Akhlak teachers in increasing the learning motivation of Class IX students at MTSN 3 Fillial Tegalarum Klaten Academic Year 2023/2024. This study uses qualitative methods and uses data collection tools in the form of observation, interview methods, and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been obtained, it is concluded that with the teacher's efforts, student learning motivation in the subject of aqidah morals is said to be good enough and the teacher has also tried his best to increase student learning interest in the class. The principal also said that with the efforts of the teachers, sooner or later there would definitely be changes, students would realize that everything was only for their own good.

Abstract

Komponen pendidikan merupakan tolak ukur penentu kualitas pendidikan. Tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik merupakan pemegang kunci kualitas pendidikan yang diharapkan. Namun ditemukan permasalahan bahwa tenaga pendidik kerap kali menjadi pemegang sedangkan siswa sering tidak aktif dalam pembelajaran. Maka dengan itu dibutuhkannya solusi dalam hal ini dengan adanya penerapan model pembelajaran saintifik kurikulum 2013 yang memfokuskan pembelajaran pada siswa. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran Discovery Learning pada mata pelajaran fikih di SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan dan mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajarn Discovery Learning pada mata pelajaran fikih di SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta. Dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil hasil dari kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Implementasi model pembelajarn Discovery Learning dapat terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan karakterisitik model pembelajaran Discovery learning, adapun pelaksanaan nya pertama kegiatan pendahuluan, kedua kegiatan inti didalamnya memuat proses penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Leaarning dan ketiga penutup, 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan nya terdapat beberapa hal yaitu, pendukung dari segi kinerja guru, media pembelajaran yang menarik, dan pembentukan kelompok yang dapat menyingkap waktu pembelajaran. Sedangkan penghambat dalam penerapannya yaitu, alokasi waktu yang tidak tepat, minimnya jam pelajaran, materi pelajaran yang tidak selalu cocok, situasi dan kondisi siswa yang tidak siap dalam menerima penerapan model pembalajaran ini. The components of education are the benchmark for determining the quality of education. Educators and students are the key holders of the expected quality of education. However, there is a problem that educators are often the holders while students are often not active in learning. Therefore, a solution is needed in this case with the application of the 2013 curriculum's scientific learning model which focuses learning on students. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model in fiqh subjects at SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to describe and describe the implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model in fiqh subjects at SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta. In this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model can be carried out well in accordance with the characteristics of the Discovery learning model, as for its implementation, the first is the introductory activity, the second is the core activity which contains the process of applying the Discovery Learning model and the third is the closing. 2) There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in its application, namely, supporters in terms of teacher performance, interesting learning media, and group formation that can reveal learning time. While the obstacles in its application are, inappropriate time allocation, lack of lesson hours, subject matter that is not always suitable, situations and conditions of students who are not ready to accept the application of this learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) pelaksanaan manajemen kelas di sekolah luar biasa ABCD bakti sosial simo (2) hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi ketika melaksanakan manajemen kelas di sekolah luar biasa ABCD bakti sosial simo dan cara menanggani hambatan-hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus sebagai subyek pendukung. Setting penelitian di Sekolah luar biasa ABCD Bakti Sosial Simo. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan manajemen kelas di sekolah luar biasa dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang di sesuaikan oleh kebutuhan khusus yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik yaitu pendekatan individual, adaptasi kurikulum, pendekatan visual, diferensiasi, dan pendekatan kolaboratif, pelaksanaan manajemen kelas selanjutnya yaitu memberikan materi kepada siswa sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta didik dengan adanya pendekatan tersebut memudahkan peserta didik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. (2) hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi ketika melaksanakan manajemen kelas yaitu kurangnya waktu, dana, fasilitas yang memadai dan kurangnya tenaga pendidik. Hambatan selanjutnya anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus kurang dalam memahami materi dan kurang berpartisipasi secara aktif ketika kegiatan di dalam kelas dengan begitu guru menggunakan pendekatan yang inklusif, responsif dan sabar dalam menghadapi peserta didik. Hambatan selanjutnya yaitu ketika berkomunikasi dengan orangtua siswa adapun hambatannya yaitu ketika orang tua tidak memahami kebutuhan khusus yang dimiliki oleh anaknya ada pula orang tua yang tidak terima atas kekurangan yang di miliki oleh anaknya. This study aims to describe: (1) the implementation of class management in exceptional schools ABCD social patterns Simo (2) the obstacles that occur when implementing class management at extraordinary schools ABCd social pattern Simo and how to overcome these barriers. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are the head of school, teachers, and students with special needs as supportive topics. Setting research at the ABCD Extraordinary School of Simo's Social Bakti. Data collection methods with interviews, observations, and documentation. Test the validity of the data with source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis using interactive models from Miles and Huberman. The results of the research show that: (1) the implementation of class management in the school is exceptional by using an approach that is tailored to the special needs of the pupils, i.e. individual approach, curriculum adaptation, visual approach, differentiation, and collaborative approach, implementation the management of the next class is to provide material to the students in accordance with the ability of pupils with the presence of such an approach facilitates pupils in implementing learning in the classroom. (2) the obstacles that occur when performing class management are lack of time, funds, adequate facilities and lack of teachers. The next obstacle is that children with special needs are less able to understand the material and less actively participate in the activities in the classroom, so teachers use an inclusive, responsive and patient approach in dealing with the students. The next obstacle is when communicating with the student's parents about the obstacle, that is, when parents do not understand the special needs of their children, there are parents who do not accept the shortcomings that their children have.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Write Around dapat meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV dan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe write around MIM Bendungan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris materi Public Places tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan Jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deduktif kuantitatif teknik persentase dengan jenis data yang diambil adalah data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yakni: penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Write Around dapat meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar siswa-siswi kelas IV MIM Bendungan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris materi Public Places dibuktikan pada tindakan pra siklus dengan memperoleh persentase ketuntasan sebesar 64,71% dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 71,77 mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I. Pada siklus I didapat persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 58,83% dengan nilai rata-rata 74,36. penerapan model belajar tersebut siswa menjadi lebih mengerti dan memahami kosa kata Public Place, karena penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe write around berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Dibuktikan dari Siklus I hasil kegiatan guru mendapat 63,5, sedangkan hasil kegiatan siswa mendapat 34. Hasil kegiatan guru pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan, yakni 75 dan 42 hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan siswa. This research aims to find out: The use of the Write Around type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class IV students and the application of the MIM Bendungan write around type cooperative learning model in the Public Places English subject for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) with data collection techniques in this research using test, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis used is quantitative deductive percentage technique with the type of data taken is quantitative data. The results of this research are: the use of the Write Around type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class IV MIM Bendungan students in the English subject Public Places. proven in the pre-cycle actions by obtaining a completeness percentage of 64.71% with an average value of 71.77, an increase in cycle I. In cycle I, the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes was 58.83% with an average value of 74. 36. The application of this learning model makes students understand and understand Public Place vocabulary better, because the use of the write around type cooperative learning model runs well and smoothly. It is proven that from Cycle I the results of teacher activities were 63.5, while the results of student activities were 34. The results of teacher activities in cycle II experienced an increase, namely 75 and 42 results obtained from student activities.

Abstract

Students are immature individuals or individuals who continue to experience change and development both physically, mentally, and in thought. So it requires help, guidance, and direction from a teacher in shaping behavior as part of the structure of the educational process. The aim of this research is to find out the role of teachers in cultivating Adab and what the supporting and inhibiting factors are. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were PAI teachers and the principal of Kuttab Al Husnayain Surakarta School. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive-narrative. The results of this research show that Islamic Religious Education teachers in Kuttab Al Husnayain play a very important role in cultivating students' manners. The cultivation of manners includes: first, instilling aqidah values where students understand that there is one Almighty God whom we must worship, namely Allah SWT, who understands everything. Everything on earth is God's creation, understanding that the living will definitely die, and the teacher also reminds and always invites you to obey God. Second, instilling the value of worship begins with the habit of praying the dhuha prayer, reading the Koran, praying the midday and asr prayers in congregation, and Friday prayers in congregation. Third, instilling moral values where teachers prioritize an honest attitude towards themselves and others, mutual help, discipline, responsibility, and courtesy towards people around them, whether parents, teachers, or peers.

Abstract

This research aims to improve learning outcomes in the subject of moral beliefs using Flipbook learning media for grade 3 students at MIN 3 Sukoharjo. Type of classroom action research (PTK) or Classroom action research design. This research is more about solving a problem whose results are described thoroughly. The research subjects in this PTK were class III students at MIN 3 Sukoharjo. This research consists of 2 cycles, namely cycles I and II, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The research results showed that in the pre-cycle actions, the average value of learning outcomes was only 63.92. In the first cycle of action the average learning outcome was 69.76. In the second cycle of action, the average value of learning outcomes was 80.12. The number of students who met the KKM score (>70) in the pre-cycle was 12 students or 48%. Students who met the KKM score (≥70) in cycle I were 16 students or 64%, while in cycle II there were 22 students or 88%. The increase in learning outcomes from the results of pre-cycle actions to cycle II of initial reading has reached the KKM value (≥70) and achieved the performance indicators (≥75) targeted by researchers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Learning Model, 2) the results of the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model, and 3) the inhibiting factors encountered in the application of the Project Based Learning model in class IV Thematic lessons in MI Al Islam Mranggen, Polokarto subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency in 2023/2024. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative, the research subjects in this study were fourth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Islam Mranggen and the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that: 1) in its application, teachers plan learning by creating a comprehensive Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). 2) the results of implementing PjBL show that project-based learning encourages students to think creatively and act systematically. 3) inhibiting factors in implementing PjBL were also identified, such as the allocation of time required that goes beyond class hours, limited tools and materials, teachers' lack of understanding of the PjBL model, students' unfamiliarity with project-based learning, and difficulties in determining projects that are appropriate to the learning model.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to implement the sima'i method in improving the quality of memorization in class IX tahfidz learning at the Darul Hijroh Sukoharjo Islamic Boarding School for the 2023/2024 academic year and the factors that support and hinder the implementation of the sima'i method in improving the quality of memorization in Tahfidz learning at the Darul Hijroh Sukoharjo Islamic Boarding School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research uses qualitative methods and uses data collection tools in the form of observation, interview methods and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been obtained, the Darul Hijroh Sukoharjo Islamic Boarding School in memorizing activities using the sima'i method individually is quite good because there are stages that students must go through.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether understanding of accounting, utilization of accounting information systems and educational level affect the quality of financial reporting information. This research was conducted in village government in Kundur District, namely Sungai Ungar Village, Sungai Sebesi Village and Lubuk Village. This type of research is quantitative, by distributing questionnaires to village officials as many as 62 respondents. All village apparatus in Kundur subdistrict, totaling 62 village apparatus. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing was carried out using IBM SPSS 26 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of this study shows that the accounting understanding variable has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting information, the accounting information system utilization variable has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting information and the education level variable has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting information.

Abstract

The objective of study is to analyze the significant influence of growth opportunities, bonus plans, political costs, tax incentives and CEO pensions on accounting conservatism in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period.. This research uses secondary data in the form of annual reports and company financial reports with a research sample of 43 banking companies. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with SPSS version 14 data processing tools. The results of this research shows growth opportunities, bonus plans, political costs and CEO retirement do not have a significant effect on accounting conservatism. Otherwise, tax incentives have a significant effect on accounting conservatism.
