Abstract

Mata uang nasional seperti Rupiah adalah salah satu simbol identitas nasional yang kuat. Menanamkan rasa cinta dan bangga terhadap mata uang ini membantu memperkuat kesatuan dan identitas bangsa. Desa Sinar Baru, Kecamatan Jagoi Babang merupakan desa yang berada didekat daerah perbatasan Negara Indonesia-Malaysia. Sebab letaknya yang dekat perbatasan, maka rawan penggunaan mata uang Ringgit Malaysia. Oleh sebab itu perlu untuk menanamkan rasa cinta, bangga, dan paham terhadap mata uang rupiah. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menanamkan rasa cinta, bangga, dan paham terhadap rupiah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan adanya sosialisasi ini dapat meningkatkan rasa cinta dan bangga siswa dan siswi yang berada didaerah dekat perbatasan terhadap mata uang rupiah.

Abstract

Customary law is the original law of the Indonesian nation which originates from unwritten legal rules that grow and develop and are maintained by the community. Its unwritten nature is a weakness in its position as one of the laws in Indonesia. In practice, customary law does indeed have a place in the administration of justice. Therefore it is necessary to know how the application of customary law in the justice system in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of customary law in the justice system in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is normative juridical research as well as a conceptual approach. The data collection method used is the library study method. With a qualitative analysis method. The results of the research show that the application of customary law in the justice system is very important. Customary justice has become a place for solving problems faced by people in remote villages. In addition, most poor people prefer to settle their cases in customary courts rather than taking state law. However, in implementing this, there are not a few challenges faced, due to the fact that the role of customary justice has not been properly recognized. The unclear recognition of customary justice in laws and regulations has an impact on the existence of customary justice. The government needs to provide a clear position of customary law so that it can carry out its function as one of the laws in Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper aims to optimize Islamic insurance and cooperatives in Indonesia, which is reviewed from philosophical, historical, juridical and sociological studies. The method used is library research which examines literature which is analyzed qualitatively using a sociological approach, historical approach, juridical approach and philosophical approach. The results of the study show that insurance and cooperatives both carry the spirit of togetherness and help each other. The spirit of insurance and cooperatives is deeply rooted in Indonesian society, it's just that they are not institutionalized on a regular basis. The Indonesian government is trying to legally accommodate insurance and cooperatives in various laws and regulations, but there is still a need for firmness and clarity regarding the law on sharia insurance and sharia cooperatives, especially if there is a dispute. In addition, insurance and cooperatives need to improve their practice and understanding so that their benefits are felt by the community.

Abstract

This article examines the adaptability and application of Umar bin Abdul Aziz's social justice and welfare principles in modern startup business strategies. Umar bin Abdul Aziz is known as one of the fair leaders and focuses on the welfare of society. Through this approach, this article explores how startups can integrate these principles into their business models. This study contributes by providing an ethical framework for startups in Indonesia to not only focus on financial gain but also play an active role in promoting social justice and public welfare. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The sources used are secondary sources. The study uses documentation to find and collect elements or variables related to the study. The analysis method in this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results show that the adoption of the principles of social justice and welfare of Umar bin Abdul Aziz in startup businesses shows that these values are very relevant. Startups can implement a profit-sharing system, establish partnerships with MSMEs, and implement CSR programs to improve community welfare. Financial transparency is also important to prevent corruption, while attention to the welfare of society by offering affordable products can strengthen their contribution to social justice. In this way, business startups gain an ethical framework that not only focuses on financial gain but also plays an active role in the welfare of society, so that public trust in startups can increase.
