Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hadis-hadis tentang hak-hak perempuan dalam Islam dari perspektif fiqh dan gender. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan hak perempuan, termasuk pendidikan, peran dalam keluarga, kepemimpinan, dan partisipasi di ruang publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran klasik terhadap hadis-hadis ini sering kali dipengaruhi oleh bias patriarki, yang membatasi peran perempuan. Namun, ulama dan akademisi kontemporer berusaha untuk mereinterpretasi hadis-hadis tersebut agar lebih sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip keadilan dan kesetaraan gender yang diajarkan Islam. Reinterpretasi ini menekankan pentingnya memahami konteks sosial-historis dari hadis-hadis tersebut dan membuka peluang yang lebih luas bagi perempuan Muslim untuk berperan aktif dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan modern. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tafsir kontekstual dan hermeneutis terhadap hadis-hadis ini diperlukan agar hak-hak perempuan dalam Islam dapat diterapkan dengan lebih adil dan relevan.

Abstract

The low level of community education in coastal areas is an indication that the community needs training regarding occupational safety and health. So the intensity of population activity has different influences. Dangers that often arise due to people's carelessness include short electrical cables, cigarette smoke, piles of rubbish, lack of knowledge about fire extinguishing systems, and so on. Therefore, this service activity in the form of socialization aims to increase the level of community knowledge. Increase community preparedness and awareness as well as the role of the community in society to know how to interact with the community in dealing with disasters. Knowledge of first aid in emergencies is one of the most important things needed to deal with the possible consequences of an accident or disaster. First Aid in Emergency Situations, respiratory arrest, heavy bleeding, shock, broken bones, etc. It is a set of skills and knowledge in providing first aid to other accident victims, including patients. First aid is important in life management in emergency situations. Lack of competence/skills in providing assistance Firstly, this can be very difficult, especially if management is inadequate and slow. Our approach to mentoring is to communicate and provide tools, training and rewards so that we believe people can gain knowledge and apply it in everyday life.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain new information and new discoveries. Functions as proof or verification of existing information and as a determinant of hospital preparedness in dealing with fire disasters. This research was conducted as a literature review, with secondary data. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation method. The analytical method used involves analyzing the content of relevant research journals that meet certain criteria, which is then collected and summarized. There are 10 pieces of literature that discuss hospital preparedness in dealing with fire disasters, all of which are national journals that are searched on the Google Scholar portal using the keyword "Hospital Fire Emergency Planning". Next, the data is analyzed using critical appraisal analysis to examine the core of the journal, reviewing the findings. , and identify similarities and differences between them. From 10 hospital preparedness journals in dealing with fire disasters, it can be seen that several hospital facilities do not meet the specified standards. Identified problems include inadequate fire fighting, inadequate protective facilities, post-disaster procedures, and effectiveness in handling fires in hospitals. There are improvements needed in fire protection systems, employee training, simulations, equipment compliance with guidelines, and proper evacuation route planning. Apart from that, the level of fire fighting capabilities is also considered inadequate in several hospitals.
