Abstract

In employees’ daily activities, productivity is needed; productivity greatly influences the results desired by the company. This study aims to determine the factors affecting productivity to increase West Java's economic growth. Employees in the company will understand their goals, where, and how they match the company's goals. Thus these employees will be able to increase their productivity to achieve goals that are known together. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative research method by conducting descriptive, theoretical studies to collect, summarize and interpret data obtained from previous studies, journals and literature reviews. The results are then processed again to describe conditions or facts in the field to produce a clear, directed and comprehensive picture of the problems. The results shown are factors above 8: 1. Wages 2. Social security and Health 3. Skills and Work Experience 4. Motivation 5. Cooperation between employees 6. Career Path 7. Value and Rewards From the results of the FGD, 23 factors determine productivity. Of the 23 factors, 77 scored heavenly wages, social security and health, skills and work experience, motivation, employee cooperation, career paths, values and awards. By the theory put forward, factors supporting productivity

Abstract

This study aims to (1) to find out how the implementation of the safety management system on board ships at shipping companies in Banjarmasin 2) to know the safety management system on board this is of course related to occupational health and safety is a thought and effort to ensure the integrity and perfection of both physical or spiritual. with efforts to prevent and treat diseases or health problems caused by work and the work environment as well as general illnesses. Occupational safety is a series of efforts to create a safe and peaceful working atmosphere for employees who work in the company concerned and a condition that is safe and safe from suffering and damage or loss in the workplace, both when using tools, materials, machines in the process processing, packing techniques, storage, as well as maintaining and securing the work place and environment.

Abstract

The research was used to determine The influence of Package Design Elements of Cosmetic Brand Ambassadors on Purchases Decision. This study uses a quantitative method descriptive approach, data obtained using a questionnaire via google form. The research population is cosmetic consumers including brand warda, mustika ratu, Ms Glow, Skintific, Hanasui, Azzura, Implora, Hanasui, Maybelline, in several major cities, the islands of Sulawesi, Kalimantan and Jabodetabek, to examine the influence of package design on consumer purchase decisions and the sample search was carried out by purposive sampling, which was successfully answered and could be used as many as 100 sempel. Research measurement with a 5-point Likert scale Total respondents who participated in answering the questionnaire consisting of housewives, workers, and students were 100 usable questionnaires. Data analysis using Smart PLS 4.0 (Hair et al., 2019) for hypothesis testing. using research instruments X1: Package design elements (CP), X2: Brand Ambassadors (SP) and Y: Purchase decision (PD). Result Element Package design has a positive effect on purchase decision and Brand Ambassador has a positive effect on purchase decision.
