Abstract

This study aims to obtain an assessment of the feasibility level of the women's suit sleeve pattern module which is reviewed from several aspects, namely; (1) based on the evaluation aspect of the module which includes aspects of the feasibility of content, language, presentation, graphics and (2) based on the characteristics needed in the module including self-instruction, self-contained, stand-alone, adaptive, user friendly. This study used the Research and Development (RD) model of the Borg and Gall model. The research started from the potential and problem stage to the product revision stage. In knowing the feasibility level of the module learning media, product validation was carried out by being tested by expert panelists and students' opinions as users of the module learning media. Data was collected using instruments in the form of mixed and closed questionnaires. This study resulted in a learning media module that was feasible to use from a feasibility test from an expert panel based on a module evaluation of 90.74%, with the highest assessment obtained in linguistic feasibility. Based on the characteristics of the module obtained, 97.42% with the highest rating obtained in 3 aspects: self-contained, stand-alone, and adaptive. The results of student opinions as users were 90.59%, with the highest assessment obtained in the module evaluation aspect. So overall, from the results of the validation of the feasibility of the learning media for the women's sleeve pattern module, it is very feasible to be used as a learning medium in the Tailoring Course because it has met the suitability based on the evaluation and the characteristics of the module.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media marketplace affiliates on purchasing decisions for fashion products. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach and an associative research design. The population in this study consists of consumers aged 18–34 years in the JABODETABEK area who have purchased fashion products through marketplace affiliate links. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with the incidental method, resulting in a sample size of 100 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is the chi-square test. The results showed an Asymp. Sig. Pearson Chi-Square of 0.001 with a significance value of p = 0.001 (p 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of social media marketplace affiliates on purchasing decisions for fashion products.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of e-book Fashion Product Portfolio on students’ learning motivation. This research is a quantitative approach with an experiment method, pre-experimental design with intact group comparison type. The population in this research are Design Mode’s student that currently took Portfolio subject on 2023/2024 school period with total 43 students. The data collection technique was carried out using a questioner. The validation test used is construct validity test. The analysis technique used is the chi square test. The theory used is the theory of learning motivation by Frederick J. McDonald. The result shows on this study that there is influence on e-book Fashion Product Portfolio on students’ motivation learning. This is caused by e-book Fashion Product Portfolio is an electric book containing a systematic portfolio format regarding the creation of fashion products from design concept to product realization that can be used anywhere and at any time using electronic devices, making it easier for students to do assignments and study independently. This advantage is proven to increase learning motivation, especially in the aspect of the indicator “lebih senang mengerjakan tugas secara mandiri” which obtained the highest percentage. Abstract

This study aims to see how people with disabilities with Cerebral Palsy react to the design of current batik patterns. The research method is descriptive and quantitative. The researcher's data gathering method is the distribution of mixed questionnaires. Three factors, namely selection, organization, and interpretation, are used to assess perception. The study focused on persons with cerebral palsy, including 48 participants aged 12 to 25 in the mild and moderate categories. Perception is established via experiencing, selecting, arranging, and understanding contemporary batik motifs' shape, color, and composition for people with cerebral palsy. Current batik patterns that correspond to the features of Cerebral Palsy include motifs in bright colors and colors with shades of value, with a composition that is not too complete or too huge. There are no unique forms in creating contemporary batik motifs for persons with Cerebral Palsy difficulties, including geometric and non-geometric shapes; instead, the combination of colors and compositions must be addressed to make shapes that do not cause distortion. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi penyandang disabilitas terhadap desain motif batik kontemporer. Penelitian berfokus pada penyandang disabilitas Cerebral Palsy anggota komunitas Rumah Cerebral Palsy dengan responden sebanyak 48 orang penyandang disabilitas Cerebral Palsy kategori ringan dan sedang berusia 12-25 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan peneliti adalah penyebaran angket campuran. Persepsi diukur melalui 3 indikator, yaitu indikator seleksi, organisasi dan interpretasi. Persepsi dibentuk dari proses merasakan, menyeleksi, mengorganisasi dan menginterpretasi desain motif batik kontemporer bagi penyandang disabilitas Cerebral Palsy ditinjau dari bentuk, warna, dan komposisinya. Desain motif batik kontemporer yang sesuai dengan karakteristik Cerebral Palsy adalah motif dengan karakteristik warna yang cerah dan warna-warna dengan value tins, komposisinya motif tidak terlalu penuh atau motif terlalu besar. Tidak ada bentuk khusus baik bentuk geometris maupun non geometris dalam pembuatan desain motif batik kontemporer bagi penyandang disabilitas Cerebral Palsy hanya saja perlu diperhatikan kombinasi warna dan komposisi sehingga bisa menghasilkan bentuk yang tidak menyebabkan distorsi.
