Abstract

Evaluation of educational programs is an effort to find out the goals of education, it can also be interpreted as an effort to provide information that will later be conveyed to decision makers. This study is intended to review how evaluation of educational programs can play a role in optimizing the quality of learning. By using a qualitative ethnographic research approach in which we conducted direct observations and interviews with one of the teaching staff at the target school, this study found: First, evaluation activities were carried out regularly on a weekly basis. Second, the method used in evaluating madrasas is through standards of infrastructure, curriculum and financing. Third, the educational program implemented is a question and answer pattern regarding children's talents and interests. This makes it easier for educational staff to find out which programs are suitable to be implemented. Thus, evaluation of educational programs plays a very important role in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Abstrak Komunikasi organisasi yang efektif merupakan kunci dalam keberhasilan sebuah organisasi. Salah satu aspek penting dalam komunikasi organisasi adalah sistem manajemen persuratan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi sistem manajemen persuratan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka. Tujuan utama analisis efisiensi manajemen persuratan adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan komunikasi organisasi secara keseluruhan, sehingga memungkinkan organisasi untuk beroperasi dengan lebih efektif dan mencapai tujuannya dengan lebih baik. Dalam manajemen persuratan perlunya digitalisasi dan otomatisasi dalam proses manajemen persuratan. Sistem digital dan terautomasi dapat mempercepat alur komunikasi, mengurangi kesalahan manual, dan meningkatkan efisiensi secara keseluruhan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Persuratan, Komunikasi Organisasi, Efisiensi. Abstract Effective organizational communication is the key to the success of an organization. One important aspect of organizational communication is the correspondence management system. This research aims to analyze the efficiency of the correspondence management system in improving organizational communication. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature study techniques. The main goal of mail management efficiency analysis is to improve the overall efficiency, productivity and communication of an organization, thereby enabling the organization to operate more effectively and better achieve its goals. In correspondence management, there is a need for digitalization and automation in the correspondence management process. Digital and automated systems can speed up communication flows, reduce manual errors, and increase overall efficiency. Keywords: Mail Management, Organizational Communication, Efficiency
