Abstract

During the transition of the pandemic to endemic covid-19, there was a decrease in the number of students who were called to become administrators of organizations, one of which was UK Maranatha. UK Maranatha is one of the private universities in Bandung City that has more than 30 student organizations, of course, the decline is related to the job satisfaction of the organization's management, especially the organizations in UK Maranatha are non-profit organizations. In fact, the percentage of active students who are called to be involved in student organization administrators is only 7.47% of the total active students of UK Maranatha class of 2020-2022 and of course this is something questionable. Based on previous research, it is known that job satisfaction is influenced most by motivation. Thus, this study assumes that effective motivation is expected to increase the level of job satisfaction of student organization administrators. This study is classified as quantitative research, primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the administrators of the UK Maranatha student organization and as many as 326 questionnaires and only 320 questionnaires were considered worthy of further processing and the results showed that motivation affected job satisfaction by 78.2%.

Abstract

BUMN X merupakan perusahaan dibawah BUMN di sektor minyak dan gas (migas). Karena adanya rencana kerja yang massif dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan laba dan peningkatan produksi minyak maka BUMN X mengalami peningkatan produktivitas, termasuk Departemen Keandalan dan Inovasi Produksi. Dalam mengoptimalkan hal ini tentunya perlu didukung oleh sumber daya yang cakap. Salah satunya yaitu sumber daya manusia, yaitu para karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai kompetensi karyawan. Dari penelitian sebelumnya, diketahui bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka, dalam penelitian ini, peneliti berasumsi bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengedarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan Departemen Keandalan dan Inovasi Produksi. Dari hasil kuesioner, sebanyak 114 data dinyatakan layak dan reliabel untuk diolah. Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 13,2 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi Impelementasi Kepemimpinan Dalam Budaya Organisasi Yang Partisipatif (Studi Kasus di Maju Kopi Salatiga). Perusahaan ini menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat dari cafe dan perusahaan sejenis di kota Salatiga. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dalam konteks persaingan industri kopi di Salatiga.  Metode penelitian kualitatif. Dalam hal ini, sampel terdiri dari tiga orang karyawan Maju Kopi yang memiliki pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang relevan terkait dengan kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dalam lingkungan Maju Kopi Salatiga Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah meggunakan Teknik Miles dan Huberman.  Dari hasil, didapat Kepemimpinan di Maju Kopi, yang dipegang oleh Owner, menonjolkan pendekatan yang seimbang antara tuntutan kerja yang tinggi dengan SOP yang jelas, dan perhatian personal serta keterlibatan yang besar terhadap karyawan yang mendorng kinerja karyawan.  Sementara, Budaya organisasi di Maju Kopi terbentuk sebagai kombinasi antara Budaya Organisasi Clan dan Hierarki. Lingkungan yang hangat, akrab, dan demokratis yang mendrorong budaya yang positif.

Abstract

In the era of technological disruption, scientific publication management faces the challenge of adapting to innovation and increasing efficiency. This research examines the transformation of scientific publication management using the Par- tial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method via Smart- PLS. The main variables analyzed include Technology Adaptation (AT), Editorial Process Flexibility (FPE), Digital Platform Integration (IPD), Management Efficiency (EM), and Publication Innovation (IP). Data was collected from an online survey filled out by journal managers, editors, and researchers and in- depth interviews with experts in scientific publications. The results of the Smart- PLS analysis show that Technology Adaptation (AT) has a significant influence on Management Efficiency (EM) and Publication Innovation (IP). Editorial Pro- cess Flexibility (FPE) also increases Publication Innovation (IP). Meanwhile, Digital Platform Integration (IPD) has been proven to strengthen the relationship between technology adaptation (AT) and management efficiency (EM). These findings demonstrate the importance of adaptation to new technologies, flexi- bility in editorial processes, and integration of digital platforms in increasing efficiency and innovation in scientific publication management. This research makes an essential contribution to the scientific publication management liter- ature by integrating the SmartPLS approach. These findings can help journal managers, editors, and researchers formulate effective strategies to face chal- lenges in the era of disruption.
