Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze quality of human resources, wages, population growth, and the labor force on employment opportunities in West Nusa Tenggara Province either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses a quantitative approach using time series secondary data with a period of 8 years, namely 2015-2022. The dependent research variable is Job Opportunity (Y) Independent variables namely, quality of human resources (X1), wages (X2), and labor force (X3). Data collection through a documentation study, the collected data were analyzed with multiple linear regression, then tested using the T-test, namely that workforce (X3) have no significant effect on Job Opportunities. Meanwhile, the variables Quality of Human Resources (X2) and Wages (X3) have a significant effect on Job Opportunities in Banten Province. while the F-test simultaneously shows that Quality of Human Resources, Wages, the labor force have a significant effect on Employment Opportunities in the Province of Banten. This conclusion has shown that employment opportunities, and the impact of i fluctuations are caused by a slowdown in the export sector, and also a slowdown in investment growth. Labor force growth does not affect employment opportunities. Because the increase in population is not balanced with infrastructure, and investment.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1. To examine the factors that prevent Notaries from carrying out their positions after being appointed and taking the oath. 2. To find out the implementation of supervision and guidance of Notaries by the Regional Supervisory Council. 3. To find out the legal consequences given by the Regional Supervisory Council. Research method. This research method uses a juridical legal approach to analyze regulations and legislation related to problems. Empirical to analyze law in society. Techniques for collecting data through Documentation Studies as legal research, which includes legal materials, namely primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Conclusion The factors that cause Notaries to not carry out their positions after being appointed and sworn in are due to a lack of honesty and discipline of the Notary. Implementation of supervision and guidance to Notaries by the Tangerang City Regional Supervisory Council. At this time it has been done quite well and is optimal.The authority of the Regional Supervisory Council can carry out inspections, guidance, supervision, and summons to Notaries who commit violations

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the protection and constitutional rights of Indonesian workers, namely female workers abroad. The research method uses a qualitative approach to describe actual phenomena in the field. Data collection techniques using primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Conclusion: TKI can generate foreign exchange of more than 20 (twenty) trillion rupiah. It is very clear that Indonesian migrant workers, especially Indonesian migrant workers, have contributed quite a bit of foreign exchange to the country. The Government's implementation of the protection of the constitutional rights of Indonesian migrant workers abroad is very weak and seems half-hearted. The concept of protection and implementation of protection for migrant workers abroad is made in the form of applicable laws and international agreements. The implementation of laws and regulations regarding the protection of Indonesian migrant workers and international agreements that aim to protect human rights and constitutional rights as citizens of Indonesian migrant workers who work abroad actually shows the weakness of the state in the eyes of the world in protecting their dignity and dignity.

Abstract

Adolescence is a sensitive phase in the course of life, where individuals are in the process of self-discovery and vulnerable to various external influences. This PKM is carried out in the form of legal counseling using an interactive method, which allows participants to actively participate in discussions and ask questions related to the material presented by the resource persons. The purpose of implementing this PKM is as a means of legal education and a means of providing a better understanding of the law, so that adolescents can avoid legal problems that can damage the future. Based on the PKM that has been implemented, it can be concluded that, first, participants' interest in legal counseling that was carried out showed a positive trend. Second, participants' understanding of adolescent problems and rights has increased. As for the advice given, both to participants (in this case adolescents and parents as the closest family) must have awareness and vigilance of adolescent conditions and behaviors in order to avoid external negative influences.

Abstract

This research aims to examine industrial relations disputes, especially employment termination disputes that occur as a result of mergers, consolidations, takeovers or company closures. This research method is legal research with a conceptual approach and a case approach. Collecting materials through literature study methods, with primary and secondary legal materials. Next, the legal materials are studied and analyzed using the approaches used in this research to answer the legal issues in this research. The results of this research show: The Employment Law is a legal product that was formed to protect workers. Legal protection for workers who experience termination of employment due to mergers, consolidations and takeovers of companies is regulated in the provisions of Article 163 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, then regarding termination of employment due to company closure, legal protection for workers is regulated in the provisions of Article 164 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. Termination of employment relations that occurs to workers due to mergers, consolidations, takeovers or company closures can give rise to industrial relations disputes, namely employment termination disputes.
