Abstract

Accidents or injuries at work can disrupt the productivity and operational efficiency of PT. Safindo Raya. The research background may include efforts to identify and reduce factors that can cause these disorders, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of the company. One of the main objectives of K3 research is to improve employee safety in the workplace. Research can help in identifying potential risks, analyzing the causes of accidents or incidents, and developing strategies to prevent similar incidents in the future. Companies such as PT. Safindo Raya may have an obligation to comply with K3 regulations and standards set by the government or regulatory bodies. K3 research can help companies ensure that they comply with all applicable regulations and achieve the required safety standards. OSH research can also contribute to increasing productivity and efficiency in the workplace by reducing absenteeism due to work-related injuries or illnesses, reducing production downtime due to accidents, or identifying ways to promote safer and more efficient work processes. With this approach, information is collected through questionnaires or interviews with employees, management or K3 staff. These surveys may include employees' perceptions of OSH conditions in the workplace, their understanding of safety procedures, or specific problems they encounter in carrying out their duties. The majority of employees show a high level of awareness of the importance of K3 in the workplace. They expressed an understanding of the importance of using personal protective equipment (PPE) and existing safety procedures. Interview results indicate that expansion of K3 training may be necessary to make employees aware of each job they have a comprehensive understanding of potential risks in the workplace and the precautions that must be taken.

Abstract

PHBS (clean and healthy living behavior) is a movement that aims to improve the quality of life and public health. PHBS can be applied in households, schools, workplaces, and the general public. This research is a research analysis of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) of students in the Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Slamet Junior High School environment. This study aims to find out how the application of PHBS students of SMP Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Slamet in the school environment. The speakers conducted counseling in the form of lectures to self-students to be able to implement clean and healthy living behaviors at school, home and public places. This research was conducted with qualitative methods such as lecture and question and answer approaches. The qualitative method was chosen with the main aim of gaining a deep understanding of the views, understanding, and experiences possessed by participants related to the issue of applying clean and clean living behavior. This research was conducted through several stages, namely: lectures and questions and answers. Based on the results of research at SMP Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Slamet, there is still the behavior of students who have not implemented PHBS correctly. For example, rarely washing hands with soap and running water and also still found students and students who do not throw garbage in their place.

Abstract

Penyusunan anggaran merupakan bagian krusial dalam pengelolaan keuangan publik, khususnya di sektor kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penyusunan anggaran pada Dinas Kesehatan sebagai Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di tingkat daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang melibatkan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penyusunan anggaran di Dinas Kesehatan mengalami berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, masalah koordinasi, serta kebutuhan untuk mengintegrasikan perencanaan strategis dengan alokasi anggaran yang efektif. Selain itu, temuan juga mengidentifikasi beberapa praktik terbaik dan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam penyusunan anggaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi dalam memperbaiki proses anggaran di sektor kesehatan.
