Abstract

Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan merupakan bantuan pemerintah kepada pemerintah  kabupaten/kota yang bersifat promotif dan preventif dalam pencapaian indikator standar pelayanan minimal bidang kesehatan menuju pencapain target Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Puskesmas Kecamatan Grujugan melakukan pemberian makanan tambahan kepada ibu hamil dan balita kurang gizi di wilayah Desa Dawuhan. Tujuan pelaksanaan program kerja pemberian makanan tambahan adalah untuk memperbaiki status gizi dan kesehatan guna mengurangi kerentanan terhadap barbagai penyakit yang menyerang ibu hamil dan balita. Program ini berhasil mengurangi ibu hamil yang mengalami kekurangan energi kronik hingga 40% selama satu bulan dan balita 60% di wilayah Puskesmas Kecamatan Grujugan Kabupaten Bondowoso. Pemberian Makanan Tambahan di Desa Dawuhan dilakukan terhadap 20 orang di antaranya 14 orang balita dan 6 orang ibu hamil.

Abstract

Information technology today is in great need in various fields to facilitate business processes in companies and organizations. One of the areas that continues to grow in Indonesia is freight delivery. Delivery of goods by IKSASS Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo is usually done once a month, with delivery times varying for each rayon. This process of delivery is still done in writing, where all the processes, from entering data to searching and storing data using books, are time-consuming and risk loss of data or exchange of goods. The delivery management of the goods available at the Rayon IKSASS Banyuwangi in each sub is different, both in terms of operating costs and exit costs per sub, cash in sub, as well as other management methods. To solve the problem, the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method was implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With the implementation of delivery management information systems, these differences can be managed more effectively, enabling more accurate and transparent monitoring of operating costs as well as facilitating financial and cash management in each sub rayon. The new system helps IKSASS managers perform delivery-related tasks, minimizes the risk of data loss, and speeds up the work process. In addition, the custodian can request the pickup of the goods without having to take them to the sub rayon iksass kalibaru office, as well as monitor the status of the delivery process until the arrival at the reception. Research results show that the implementation of Smart Tracking on this web-based delivery management is highly effective in improving the efficiency and accuracy of delivery processes.

Abstract

The potential that exists in each village has its own attraction for local residents. The potential of a village can make it easier for its residents and even other people to see or know about the advantages that exist in the village. In the digital era, almost all types of work use information systems to facilitate the service process, one of which is service to the community. Villages have an obligation to provide good services to the community. The aim of this research is to develop a village potential website to make it easier for residents or communities who want to access village potential information. The information system development method used is the waterfall method with the PHP programming language. Supporting software used includes Power Designer, localhost XAMPP server, and MySQL database. The research results show that the village potential information system created is very useful in helping to increase insight and empower local communities. Local people and the general public can easily access information via the website. With an application that can facilitate access to information quickly, precisely and accurately, it is hoped that it can provide more optimal services for village communities.
