Abstract

This study aims to develop a population information system application and village services to improve population administration data processing in Sopet Village, Jangkar District. The village is currently still using manual paper forms in the population service process, which are prone to data loss and corruption. In this study, researchers designed and developed an application that allows easy access to population information and improves the efficiency of public services. The application development method involves the stages of needs analysis, system design, software development, and application testing. The application includes fast data retrieval features, secure data storage, and the ability to generate reports efficiently. In the long term, it is expected that this application will enhance the efficiency of population administration, reduce the risk of data loss or damage, and contribute to the improvement of village governance. This research has important implications for population administration at the village level. The implementation of this application is expected to serve as a model for other villages to adopt information technology, thereby enhancing the quality of population services and promoting development at the village level

Abstract

In today's internet-based era, web-based technology has been widely used to assist system processing in a company or institution. One of them is in the process of applying for a permit, where the system currently running at SD Negeri 2 Bloro still uses the conventional model, namely with written media. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based licensing application information system application which makes it easier for educators to apply for permits. This study uses the waterfall method in designing a web-based licensing information system at SD Negeri 2 Bloro, where the process is carried out in stages. Starting from the analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. PHP is a web-based programming language that is server-side, which means that the PHP programming code is processed entirely on the web server. MySQL is a language that has good enough capabilities to support the work of developers. In this study, building a website-based employee licensing application at SD Negeri 2 Bloro uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The application is planned in the form of a website so that permit applications are dynamic, practical, and can be accessed anywhere, anytime, and by all educators.

Abstract

A building shop is a business that provides various kinds of materials, equipment and supplies used in construction, renovation, repair and maintenance of buildings. Pilar Mas building shop is a building shop that sells various material products. The transaction system carried out by the Pilar Mas building shop is still traditional. With this method, the transaction process takes quite a lot of time and energy. By building this e_commerce system, it aims to save time and make it easier for workers to carry out transactions. The methodology used in building this e_commerce system is SDLC with a waterfall model because it has structured and systematic stages starting from analysis, design, code creation, testing and maintenance. The result of building this e_commerce system is that it is a medium that makes things easier for sellers and buyers

Abstract

Information technology today is in great need in various fields to facilitate business processes in companies and organizations. One of the areas that continues to grow in Indonesia is freight delivery. Delivery of goods by IKSASS Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo is usually done once a month, with delivery times varying for each rayon. This process of delivery is still done in writing, where all the processes, from entering data to searching and storing data using books, are time-consuming and risk loss of data or exchange of goods. The delivery management of the goods available at the Rayon IKSASS Banyuwangi in each sub is different, both in terms of operating costs and exit costs per sub, cash in sub, as well as other management methods. To solve the problem, the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method was implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With the implementation of delivery management information systems, these differences can be managed more effectively, enabling more accurate and transparent monitoring of operating costs as well as facilitating financial and cash management in each sub rayon. The new system helps IKSASS managers perform delivery-related tasks, minimizes the risk of data loss, and speeds up the work process. In addition, the custodian can request the pickup of the goods without having to take them to the sub rayon iksass kalibaru office, as well as monitor the status of the delivery process until the arrival at the reception. Research results show that the implementation of Smart Tracking on this web-based delivery management is highly effective in improving the efficiency and accuracy of delivery processes.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method in determining the category of recipients of direct cash assistance in Ketowan village, Arjasa district, Situbondo regency. From the data set consisting of 50 entries, 34 entries were deemed eligible for assistance, while 16 other entries were deemed unfit. Researchers used six criteria to assess eligibility for receiving assistance, including housing conditions, income, employment, number of dependents, recent education, and status. The process of implementing the KNN method resulted in the parameter value K=5, with 38 data considered feasible and 12 data considered ineligible. This method is expected to help decision making in the allocation of village funds to minimize data errors and improve the effectiveness of social assistance programs at the village level.

Abstract

The factor that causes potato plants to be less than optimal is diseased potato plants. This potato plant disease can be identified from spotty leaves and dry stems, by identifying it using an identification system based on disease images. Potato stem datasets were obtained at the Ijen Bondowoso plantation as many as 1,132 and 816 diseased and non-diseased potato stem datasets. In the results of the potato leaf graph, the best results were obtained at epoch 25 with an accuracy value of testing data and training data of 82% and 81% with the loss model at epoch 25 being at a value of 0.42 for training data and 0.41 for testing data in the classification of diseased leaves. potato plant. The results of the classification of potato plant stems found the best value at epoch 25 with an accuracy value of 85% on testing data and 86% on training data. The model loss value in the training set is 0.34 and the validation test value is 0.33 at epoch 24

Abstract

Buah carica merupakan buah yang jarang ditemui, buah ini hanya terdapat di pegunungan Dieng yaitu Kawasan Wonosobo-Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi tingkat kematangan buah carica menggunakan transformasi ruang warna HSI dilakukan guna untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih baik tentang tingkat kematangan buah dalam melakukan pemilihan buah yang akan diolah. Pada proses identifikasi kematangan buah carica menggunakan 90 dataset. Adapun 90 dataset ini terbagi dari 3 kategori yaitu, 30 matang, 30 mengkal, dan 30 mentah. Kemudian, dari 90 dataset dibagi menjadi 30 data training dan 60 data testing. Hasil dari identifikasi menunjukan 57 benar dari 60 dataset testing  dengan menunjukan akurasi 95%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif Tindakan (Action Research) yang berpusat pada pembuatan prototype system pengontrol irigasi otomatis pada lahan pertanian di Desa Dauh Peken Kecamatan Tabanan, Bali. Permasalah yang diketahui adalah upaya pengendalian air pada lahan pertanian masih dilakukan secara fisik dengan cara membuka dan menutup lahan pertanian, penyediaan air seringkali mengakibatkan kebingungan dalam penyediaan air. Dengan demikian model dibuat secara efektif dengan penggabungan Arduino uno, adaptor, relay, sensor ultrasonik, mesin servo, LCD. Model ini layak dalam membedakan jarak air dalam aliran system air dan menyelesaikan pengembangan secara konsekuen. Kerangka kerja ini dibuat dengan harapan dapat membantu para petani selama mengendalikan perkembangan system air dengan pengairan di lahan pedesaan, meningkatkan kelayakan pasokan air. Abstract

YouTube merupakan platform yang banyak digunakan masyarakat Indonesia, tentu karena terdapat konten-konten yang selalu diperbarui mengikuti berita terkini di Indonesia, salah satunya kasus pengungsi dari Rohingya. Kasus pengungsi Rohingya menimbulkan perbincangan yang luas di platform YouTube di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menerapkan text mining untuk menganalisis komentar-komentar yang muncul terkait topik tersebut. Metode SVM dipilih untuk analisis sentimen karena kepopulerannya dan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Langkah-langkah meliputi pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan data, dan penerapan SVM untuk klasifikasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 77%, dengan recall 100% dan precision 77%. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan tentang sentimen masyarakat terhadap kasus Rohingya di YouTube. Metode SVM terbukti efektif dalam mengorganisir komentar-komentar yang tidak terstruktur. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan untuk memahami opini dan sikap masyarakat terkait isu ini secara lebih mendalam.
