Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of schools in supporting adolescent mental health through counseling programs. The methods used are lectures, question-and-answer discussions, and demonstrations to measure changes in understanding, behavior, or mental health related to the counseling program implemented. The research results show that the role of schools is very important in promoting adolescent mental health through counseling programs. Factors such as support from school staff, integration of counseling programs in the curriculum, and increased student awareness and accessibility to counseling services greatly influence the effectiveness of the program. This research shows that this approach has great potential to shape youth mental health, reduce stress, improve emotional well-being, and facilitate resilience among students. These findings encourage the need for increased support for counseling programs in educational settings to promote better mental health among adolescents.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are health problems experienced by a person in his musculoskeletal system, which includes muscles, nerves, tendons, joints, cartilage and spinal discs. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are the most common condition related to occupational diseases, which are estimated to account for 60% of all occupational diseases. This study aims to identify the factors that affects the incidence of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This research uses the literature review method, with information sources taken from Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar in the 2019-2024 time frame. The journals obtained were selected based on predetermined criteria, and after the screening process, 16 articles were obtained that met these criteria. The results of the literature review stated that there are 2 types of risk factors that cause musculoskeletal disease, namely factors from individuals and factors from work. Individual factors include age, gender, Body Mass Index (BMI), exercise habits and posture. Then work factors include work period, work posture, workload, work duration and work attitude.

Abstract

Fire is a fire that cannot be controlled and can cause enormous material and emotional losses According to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia Number 26 of 2008, fire hazard refers to the potential and degree of exposure to fire, smoke and gas. Fires are caused by the presence of three main elements: fuel, heat source, and oxygen. This is known as the fire triangle theory. A fire protection plan is an important document that contains detailed instructions on how to respond if a building fire occurs. Occupational safety and health protection is an important preventive measure to reduce the danger of fire this research aims to analyze the fire protection systems installed in workplaces and assess their effectiveness. The research method used is descriptive and qualitative Based on the results of several studies, although various companies' fire protection systems are implemented by applicable regulations and standards, aspects such as control of fire fighting equipment and emergency response intensity still need to be optimized. Simulation To reduce the risk of fire, it is important to ensure that the fire protection system complies with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang baik dan terus meningkat setiap harinya sangat dibutuhkan guna memajukan suatu perusahaan. Untuk mencapai hal itu dibutuhkan faktor pendukung seperti motivasi yang dapat mendorong semangat bekerja pada karyawan agar mendapatkan hasil dan tujuan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah faktor motivasi yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai studi terkait motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan yang dipublikasikan dalam empat tahun terakhir (2020-2023). Sumber literatur yang digunakan meliputi artikel jurnal yang tersedia di database akademik terkemuka seperti Google Scholar, serta laporan penelitian dari database serupa. Hasil dan pembahasan pada temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi kerja mengandung pengaruh yang signifikan pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan di berbagai sektor industri.
