Abstract

Fishermen are a group of people whose livelihoods depend on marine products for catching and cultivating fish. Most fishermen live on the coast, close to their place of work. This research uses a literature review methodology that focuses on variables or topics studied from previous research. The act of literature review involves collecting data from libraries and documentation. Data related to the socialization of the use of PPE by traditional fishermen was obtained from research articles and literature reviews. By using predetermined inclusion criteria, namely complete scientific publications published in the last five years, the procedure for collecting articles is carried out by searching literature sources. Review literature sources can be found by using the following keywords in Google Scholar: Relationship between fish fishermen's complaints of dermatitis and their use of personal protective equipment in Mela II Village, Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra. A device called personal protective equipment (PPE) is used to shield the body or oneself from the risks associated with workplace accidents. PPE can lessen the severity of work accidents, notwithstanding its shortcomings.

Abstract

The work environment is known to contain psychosocial threats such as stressors that cause work stress in employees. Even though it seems that office workers do not need a lot of energy to work, they are vulnerable to stressors such as high quantitative and qualitative job demands. Apart from work stress, work stress can be influenced by differences in individual employee characteristics. Risk perception is the way an individual or group views and assesses the risks that may be faced in a particular situation. Psychosocial includes psychological and social aspects where both aspects influence and influence each other. Psychosocial conditions can be changes in a person's life, both psychological and social, which have reciprocal effects and can lead to mental health or mental health disorders. Employee perceptions of psychosocial hazards in the workplace that may be caused by the context and content of the job. This can cause employees to constantly face psychosocial threats that can affect employees' psychological health. Risk perception has a significant impact on risk management.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3) is one aspect of labour protection that is crucial for raising business productivity. In order to create a just and prosperous society defines occupational safety and health as the ideas and actions taken to guarantee the integrity and perfection, both physical and spiritual, of the workforce in particular and of people in general. This study employs a literature review methodology that centers on factors or subjects examined in earlier studies. A literature review requires gathering information from documents and libraries. Research publications and literature studies provided data for the K3 analysis of toll roads. Articles are gathered by searching literature sources using preset inclusion criteria, which are entire scientific publications published during the last five years. Google Scholar can be searched using the following keywords to find review literature sources: K3 Risk Management for Cisumdawu Phase III Toll Road Works. Employers need to be mindful of occupational health. An effective occupational health program will benefit workers greatly because workers will be away from work less frequently due to illnesses contracted by coworkers or other individuals.
