<![CDATA[Pendahuluan; Pengelolaan arsip sering disebut dengan manajemen arsip yang pelaksanaanya harus dilakukan secara tertib dan menyeluruh. Tanpa didukung suatu sistem pengelolaan rekam medis yang baik dan benar, kemungkinan tertib administrasi rumah sakit akan sulit berhasil sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan survei awal, dari 10 petugas rekam medis, 6 petugas menyatakan cara penyimpanan dan penataan arsip data rekam medis berbeda dan 4 petugas menyatakan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan numerical filling sistem. Tujuan; Untuk mengetahui hubungan sistem kearsipan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pasien di RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham. Metode; Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dirancang sebagai survei analitik menggunakan pendekatan crossectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 petugas rekam medis total, dan 32 sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat, menggunakan statistik uji chi-square. Hasil; Sistem kearsipan memiliki nilai p = 0,013 < 0,05. Artinya ada hubungan sistem kearsipan dengan kualitas pelayanan pasien di RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham. Kesimpulan; Ada hubungan sistem kearsipan dengan kualitas pelayanan pasien.Kata Kunci : Sistem Kearsipan, Kualitas Pelayanan, PasienBackground; Archive management is often referred to as archive management, the implementation of which must be carried out in an orderly and thorough manner. This means that there is a relationship between the filing system and the quality of patient care at Dr. R.M Djoelham Hospital in 2022.
