Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19) sebuah virus yang muncul di Kota Wuhan, Ibukota Provinsi Hubei, Tiongkok pada penghujung tahun 2019 yang penyebarannya telah dinyatakan oleh WHO sebagai pandemi global pada 11 Maret 2020 dan ditetapkan sebagai kedaruratan kesehatan masyarakat. Solusi yang dapat diberikan melalui program vaksinasi COVID-19 agar tercapai kekebalan kelompok di masyarakat (herd immunity). Tujuan: Mengetahui aspek input, aspek proses dan aspek output dalam pelaksanaan vaksin COVID-19 di Puskesmas Nambo. Metode: menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus secara intensif, terinci dan mendalam untuk mengetahui secara jelas dan lebih mendalam melalui wawancara mendalam, rekaman suara, dokumentasi, observasi dan arsip dokumen dan Teknik snowball sampling. Hasil: Aspek Input meliputi: petugas telah di sahkan melalui SK dengan ketersediaan yang telah sesuai standar yaitu bidan dan perawat dengan kompetensi yang cukup baik karena adanya pelatihan, sumber pendanaan berasal dari APBN dan APBD dan sumber lainnya yang sah serta telah tersedianya sarana vaksinasi berupa logistik vaksin, logistik pendukung dan APD yang memadai. Aspek proses meliputi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai standar petunjuk teknis Kemenkes RI Nomor HK.01.07/MENKES/4638/2021 dan SOP. Adapun monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan sebelum, saat pelaksanaan dan setelah kegiatan vaksinasi COVID-19. Aspek output meliputi capaian sasaran vaksinasi lengkap yang belum mencapai 70%, serta faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 di Puskesmas Nambo. Kesimpulan: Aspek input telah dipersiapkan dan dimanfaatkan dengan baik dalam program vaksinasi COVID-19, aspek proses telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan aturan yang merujuk pada SOP dan petunjuk teknis agar tidak terjadi kesalahan kerja, serta aspek output merupakan keluaran yang diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk Puskesmas Nambo dalam menjalankan program vaksinasi COVID-19 dengan lebih optimal. Abstract Background: Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19) is a virus that appeared in Wuhan City, the Capital of Hubei Province, China at the end of 2019 whose spread was declared by WHO as a global pandemic on March 11 2020 and was declared a public health emergency. Solutions that can be provided through the COVID-19 vaccination program to achieve herd immunity. Purpose: Knowing the input aspects, process aspects and output aspects in the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccine at the Nambo Health Center. Method: Qualitative method with a case study approach through in-depth interviews, observation, archival data and documentation. Result: Input Aspects include: officers have been authorized through SK with availability that is in accordance with standards, namely midwives and nurses with fairly good competence due to training, sources of funding come from the APBN and APBD and other legitimate sources and availability of vaccination facilities in the form of logistics adequate vaccines, supporting logistics and PPE. Process aspects include planning and implementation which have been carried out properly according to the technical guidelines of the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health Number HK.01.07/MENKES/4638/2021 and SOP. Monitoring and evaluation is carried out before, during and after the COVID-19 vaccination activities. The output aspect includes achieving the complete vaccination target which has not yet reached 70%, as well as supporting factors in the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination at the Nambo Health Center. Conclusion: The input aspect has been well prepared and utilized in the COVID-19 vaccination program, the process aspect has been carried out in accordance with the rules that refer to SOPs and technical instructions so that work errors do not occur, and the output aspect is the output that is expected to be a reference for the Nambo Health Center in running the COVID-19 vaccination program more optimally.
