Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Pemberian Bokashi Pupuk Kandang Sapi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Vanili (Vanilla planifolia), yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis bokashi pupuk kandang sapi yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit vanili. Telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Korong Gadang, Kecamatan Kuranji, Kota Padang, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, dari bulan Januari sampai April 2020. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, sehingga seluruhnya 24 satuan percobaan, setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 5 tanaman, maka keseluruhannya adalah 120 tanaman. Data-data dari hasil pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik dengan sidik ragam (uji F). Jika F hitung > F tabel, maka untuk mengetahui perlakuan-perlakuan yang berpengaruh, uji dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan Duncan’s Ne w Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) pada taraf nyata 5%. Sebagai perlakuan adalah berbagai dosis bokashi pupuk kandang sapi, yaitu A = Tanpa bokashi pupuk kandang sapi ; B = 5 t.ha-1 (25 g.polibag-1) ; C = 10 t.ha-1 (50 g.polibag-1) ; D = 15 t.ha-1 (75 g.polibag-1) ; E = 20 t.ha-1 (100 g.polibag-1) F = 25 t.ha-1 (125 g.polibag-1). Hasil percobaan menunjukan bahwa pemberian beberapa dosis bokashi pupuk kandang sapi pada bibit vanili, memberikan pengaruh berbeda nyata terhadap pertambahan panjang batang, pertambahan diameter batang, pertambahan jumlah daun, pertambahan panjang daun, lebar daun, bobot segar bibit serta bobot kering bibit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian bokashi pupuk kandang sapi pada dosis 25 t.ha-1 (Perlakuan F) merupakan dosis yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan bibit vanili.

Abstract

Research on the effect of giving bokashi cow manure on the growth and yield of green beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) was conducted in Korong Gadang Village, Kuranji District, Padang City, West Sumatra Province. This trial starts from January to April 2020. The research objective was to obtain the best dose of bokashi cow manure on the growth and yield of green beans. This experiment used a randomized block design with 5 treatments and 5 groups totaling 25 experimental units. The experimental unit was a plot measuring 1.0 m x 1.5 m, each experimental unit consisted of 10 plants, with a spacing of 50 x 30 cm. Then a total of 125 plants, 5 plants per plot are used as sample plants for observation. The treatments given were several doses of bokashi cow manure, namely: A = 0 t.ha -1 (0 g.plot-1); B = 3 t.ha -1 (562.plot-1); C = 6 t.ha -1 (1125 g.plot-1); D = 9 t.ha -1 (1688 g.plot-1); E = 12 t.ha -1 (2250 g.plot-1). The data from the observations were statistically analyzed with variance (F test). If Fhit. > Ftab, then continued with the Duncan´s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) further test at a significant level of 5%. The results of the experiment showed that giving bokashi cow manure showed a very significant effect on all the observed parameters. Bokashi cow manure 12 t.ha-1 showed the best effect on the growth and yield of green beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L).

Abstract

Research on the effect of giving tofu liquid waste fertilizer on the growth and yield of soybean (Glycine max L. Merril), has been carried out in Koto Panjang Ikur Koto Village, Koto Tengah District, Padang City. Starting from April to July 2019. The study aims to get the best concentration of tofu liquid waste fertilizer for the growth and yield of soybean (Glycine max L. Merril) The experiment used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 and 5 groups of treatment, so there were 25 experimental units. The treatments given in the experiment were various concentrations of tofu liquid waste fertilizer as follows: A: 0 ml/liter water/plot, B: 30 ml/liter water/plot, C: 60 ml/liter water/plot, D: 90 ml/liter water/plot, E : 120 ml/liter water/plot. The results showed no effect significantly different on the number of primary branches, flowering age, harvest age, weight of 100 seeds, but significantly different on plant height, percentage of pithy pods per plant, dry seed weight per plant and dry seed weight per plot, but the yield was still below description. From the results of this study, it is recommended to increase the concentration of tofu liquid waste fertilizer by more than 120 ml/liter of water/plot against the observation parameters to get results that match the description

Abstract

Research on "The Effect of Goat Urine Dosing on Growth and Yield of Pakchoy (Brassica chinensis L.)" has been carried out in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Ekasakti University, Padang, which began in July 2019 until September 2019. The aim was to find out and obtain doses The best POC of goat urine on growth and yield of pakchoy (Brassica chinensis L.) plants. This study was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications, all consisting of 24 treatment plots with 5 plants in each plot. The treatment is A = without POC, B = 30 mℓ POC / liter of water per plant, C = 60 mℓ POC / liter of water per plant, D = 90 mℓ POC / liter of water per plant , E = 120 mℓ POC / liter of water per plant, F = 150 mℓ POC / liter of water per plant. By giving 4x the plant-1 (100 mℓ, 200 mℓ, 300 mℓ and 400 mℓ). The parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of leaves, longest leaf length, widest leaf width, and wet weight per plant. Data were analyzed statistically by the F test, if F count > F table 5%, then further testing with Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at 5% significance level. The best yield for growth and yield of pakchoy plants is a dose of 90 mℓ / ℓ water plant-1. Based on the results it can be recommended for the administration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer to plants of pakchoy (Brassica chinensis L.) at a dose of 90 mℓ / ℓ water per plant.

Abstract

Research on the effect of the combination of quail droppings bokashi + NPK 16:16:16 on the growth and yield of green beans (Vigna radiata L.) was carried out in Koto Panjang Ikur Koto Village, Koto Tangah District, Padang. This research was started from December 2019 to March 2020. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best combination of quail droppings + NPK 16:16:16 for growth and yield of green bean plants. This study used a randomized block design with 9 treatments and 3 groups. The treatments were given with the dose of bokashi quail manure with a combination of NPK fertilizer 16:16:16, namely A = 0 ton / ha + 100 kg / ha NPK; B = 5 tonnes / ha + 50 kg / ha NPK; C = 5 tonnes / ha + 100 kg / ha NPK; D = 10 tonnes / ha + 50 kg / ha NPK; E = 10 tonnes / ha + 100 kg / ha NPK; F = 15 tonnes / ha + 50 kg / ha NPK; G = 15 tonnes / ha + 100 kg / ha NPK; H = 20 tonnes / ha + 50 kg / ha NPK; I = 20 tonnes / ha + 100 kg / ha NPK. The results showed that the combination of quail dung bokashi + NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 showed no significant effect on the observed variable number of primary branches and had a very significant effect on plant height, flowering age, first harvest age, number of pods planted, number of pods per plot, percentage of pithy per plot, dry weight of seeds per plot, and significant differences in seed dry weight per plant. The combination of quail droppings bokashi + NPK 16:16:16, namely 15 tonnes / ha + 50 kg / ha NPK is the best measure for the growth and yield of green bean plants.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Kandih Raya, Kampung Olo, Nanggalo District, Padang City, West Sumatra. The experiment was carried out from January to April 2020. The aim of this study was to obtain the best combination dose of bokashi goat manure and NPK 16:16:16 on the growth and yield of sweet corn. The design used was a randomized block design (RBD) with 7 treatments and 3 groups. The treatments were various combinations of dosage of bokashi goat manure and NPK, namely: A = 0 tonnes / ha bokashi goat manure and 300 kg NPK 16:16:16 B = 10 tonnes / ha bokashi goat manure and 250 kg NPK 16:16 : 16 C = 10 tonnes / ha bokashi goat manure and 300 kg NPK 16:16:16 D = 15 tonnes / ha bokashi goat manure and 250 kg NPK 16:16:16 E = 15 tonnes / ha bokashi goat manure and 300 kg NPK 16:16:16 F = 20 tons / ha bokashi goat manure and 250 kg NPK 16:16:16 G = 20 tons / ha bokashi goat manure and 300 kg NPK 16:16:16. The use of the combined dose of bokashi goat manure and NPK gave no significant effect on: stem diameter, harvest age, ear length and diameter and ear weight without husks per plant, showing significant differences on: flowering age, and ear weight with weight per plant. and showed significantly different effects on: plant height, longest leaf length, widest leaf width, number of leaves and ear weight without husks per plot. The combination of dosage combination of bokashi goat manure at 15 ton / ha and 300 kg / ha NPK 16:16:16 was the best treatment for the growth and yield of sweet corn plants.

Abstract

Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Koto Panjang, Ikua Koto, Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang, Provinsi Sumatra Barat. dimulai pada bulan Januari - April 2021. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan pengaruh pupuk limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit (LCPKS) + NPK (16:16:16) yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulagan, sehingga seluruhnya 24 satuan percobaan, setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 3 tanaman, sehingga terdapat 72 tanaman.  Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah beberapa takaran limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit (LCPKS) + NPK yaitu: A = Pemberian 0 ml LCPKS + NPK 100% (10 g), B = Pemberian 200 ml LCPKS + NPK 80% (8 g), C = Pemberian 400 ml LCPKS + NPK 60% (6 g), D = Pemberian 600 ml LCPKS + NPK 40% (4 g), E = Pemberian 800 ml LCPKS + NPK 20% (2 g), F = Pemberian 1000 ml LCPKS + NPK 0% (0 g). Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji F dan bila berbeda nyata, pengujian dilanjutkan dengan Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) pada taraf 5%. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat diambil kesimpulan: Pemberian 600 ml LCPKS + NPK 60% (4 g) (perlakuan D) merupakan kombinasi yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) di Main-Nursery. Disarankan untuk menggunakan Pemberian 600 ml LCPKS+ NPK 40% (4 g) untuk pembibitan kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) di Main-Nursery.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Aplikasi kombinasi konsentrasi POC Batang Pisang dan NPK 16:16:16 terhadap pertumbuhan bibit gaharu (Aquilaria malaccensis) telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Koto Panjang Ikur Koto, Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, mulai dari bulan Februari sampai Juni 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi konsentrasi POC Batang Pisang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit gaharu (Aquilaria malaccensis). Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan sehingga diperoleh 25 unit percobaan terdiri 4 bibit dan semua dijadikan sebagai tanaman sampel, total jumlah terdapat 100 tanaman. Adapun perlakuan yang diberikan:  A POC Batang Pisang 0% dan NPK 100% (12 gr), B POC Batang Pisang 20% dan NPK 75% (9 gr), C POC Batang Pisang 40% dan NPK 50% (6 gr), D POC Batang Pisang 60% dan NPK 25% (3 gr), E POC Batang Pisang 80% dan NPK 0% (0 gr). Hasil percobaan dapat disimpulkan pemberian berbagai konsentrasi POC Batang pisang dan NPK 16:16:16 terhadap pertumbuhan bibit gaharu memberikan pengaruh tidak berbeda nyata pada seluruh variabel pengamatan, Perlakuan B (POC 20% ml/L air + NPK 75% (9 gr) memiliki unsur hara seimbang dengan NPK 100% untuk pertumbuhan gaharu. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan disarankan untuk memberikan naungan dan adaptasi terlebuh dahulu sebelum pindah tanam serta lama penelitiannya diperpanjang.

Abstract

Penelitian berjudul pengaruh pemberian bokashi kotoran ayam dan NPK 16:16:16 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil pada tanaman jagung manis (zea mays saccharata). telah dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Universitas Ekasakti Padang mulai bulan Febuari sampai April 2023. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan takaran bokashi kotoran ayam dan pupuk NPK 16:16:16 yang terbaik untuk Pertumbuhan dan Hasil jagung manis. Rancangan percobaan yang di gunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 8 Perlakuan dan 4 Kelompok sehingga seluruhnya terdapat 32 satuan percobaan. Jarak antar polybag 30 x 30 cm, setiap satuan percobaan terdapat 4 tanaman, semua tanaman diamati.   Perlakuan yang di berikan yaitu: A = 0 ton/ ha bokashi kotoran ayam dan 350 kg/ha NPK 16:16:16 B = 5 ton/ ha bokashi kotoran ayam dan 300 kg/ha NPK 16:16:16 C = 10 ton/ ha bokashi kotoran ayam dan 250 kg/ha NPK 16:16:16 D = 15 ton/ ha bokashi kotoran ayam dan 200 kg/ha NPK 16:16:16 E = 20 ton/ ha  bokashi kotoran ayam dan 150 kg/ha NPK 16:16:16 F = 25 ton/ ha bokashi kotoran ayam dan 100 kg NPK 16:16:16 G = 30 ton/ ha bokashi kotoran ayam dan 50 kg/ha NPK 16:16:16 H = 35 ton/ ha bokashi kotoran ayam dan 0 kg/ha NPK 16:16:16. Hasil penelitian pemberian bokashi kotoran ayam dan NPK 16:16:16  tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap umur panen, panjang dan diameter tongkol tanpa kelobot. Berbeda nyata terhadap : jumlah baris setiap tongkol, dan berat buah per tanaman dan menunjukkan pengaruh berbeda sangat nyata terhadap: tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, panjang daun terpanjang dan lebar daun terpanjang. Pemberian bokashi kotoran ayam 15 ton/ha dan 200 kg/ha NPK 16:16:16 adalah perlakuan terbaik  terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis. Dari penelitian ini di sarankan untuk menggunakan bokashi kotoran ayam 15 ton/ha dan 200 kg/ha NPK 16:16:16 dalam budidaya.
