Abstract

This research is a study that studies the influence of investment knowledge and returns on investment decisions through investment interest in Bekasi City. This research uses a quantitative approach and population of this study is not known with certainty but the unit of analysis used is investors who invest in gold instruments and are the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research sample adopted previous research which used the Lemeshow (1997) approach with a sample size of 100 respondents.  The results of this research indicate that investment knowledge does not influence investment decisions, return and investment interest influence investment decisions. Meanwhile, the indirect effect found that investment knowledge influences investment decisions through investment interest, while returns do not influence investment decisions through investment interest. This research focuses on the millennial generation and specifically those who invest in gold instruments. This research also focused on the city of Bekasi, which is one of the developing capital cities of Indonesia. The novelty of this research is in the research model where the researcher adds a return variable to this research which has never been done before to the best of the researcher's knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to study and analyze the influence of brand image and social media on purchasing decisions which are mediated by purchasing interest. This research uses a quantitative design with sample in this study consisted of 105 respondents who were users of the Traveloka application in Bekasi City. This research uses multivariate statistical analysis (SEM) techniques to process research data. This research found that there is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, but social media has no influence on purchasing decisions. The same results show that buying interest influences purchasing decisions. Other findings show that brand image influences purchasing decisions through purchasing interest, but other findings show that social media has no influence on purchasing decisions through purchasing interest. This research focuses on the influence of brand image and social media marketing on purchasing decisions which are mediated by purchasing interest. This research also focuses on discussing users of the Traveloka application in Bekasi City to see how the Trevaloka application can be of interest to consumers. Theoretically, this research has an improvement research side where this research model has never been examined before during the researcher's research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan penjelasan apakah terdapat dampak usia dan absensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Graha Bumi Hijau, Peneliti merasa ada nya pengaruh usia di bawah 30 tahun memilki tingkat kinerja yang masih sangat produktif dalam bekerja tetapi diatas 30 tahun sudah mulai menurun kinerja yang di lakukan di perusahaan. Absensi dalam hal ini peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh absensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, absensi sangat penting di perusahaan untuk mengetahui apakah karyawan itu hadir tepat waktu atau tidak hal ini juga yang membentuk peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti bagaimana karyawan yang mempunyai absensi yang kurang bagus, apakah dalam bekerja kinerjanya baik atau malah sebaliknya kinerjanya jelek. Kedua hal tadi sangat berkaitan erat dengan kinerja karyawan di dalam perusahaan, hal ini yg membuat peneliti semakin tertarik dalam meneliti aspek ini di mana kinerja karyawan satunya bisa pada ukur dengan memakai kedua variabel tadi. Metode penelitian ini di lakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Populasi di penelitian ini merupakan semua karyawan PT. Graha Bumi Hijau yang berjumlah 700 orang karyawan. Sampel yang di pakai sebesar 350 karyawan, diambil 50% dari setiap jumlah karyawan yang sudah di clusterkan menjadi dua cluster memakai teknik sampel random sampling. Teknik analis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. hasil penelitian disini pertanda bahwa usia dibawah 30 tahun mempunyai taraf kinerja yang cukup baik di bandingkan usia di atas 30 tahun, sedangkan untuk absensi karyawan di bawah usia 30 tahun mempunyai absensi yang kurang baik pada usia di atas 30 tahun memiliki taraf ketepatan absensi yang cukup baik, Usia karyawan ? 30 tahun mempunyai efek yang signifikan sebab memiliki taraf kinerja yang relatif baik dan absensi karyawan menggunakan usia ? 30 tahun memiliki pengaruh karena absensinya jauh lebih baik dibandingkan absensi karyawan usia ? 30 tahun.
