Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses berpikir kritis siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah sains di tingkat sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 3 siswa kelas 5 di SDN 01 Manisrejo yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi. Data dikumpulkan melalui soal tes dan wawancara dengan siswa. Dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengaplikasikan beberapa indikator berpikir kritis yang dikembangkan menurut Maknun (2020) dalam menyelesaikan masalah sains. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa S1 menunjukkan berpikir kritis tipe cycle. Berpikir Kritis Tipe Cycle adalah berpikir kritis yang melibatkan siklus berulang atau perubahan yang berulang dalam alur berpikir. Dalam berpikir kritis tipe cycle, siswa cenderung melihat alur berpikir sebagai proses yang berulang dan dapat berubah seiring waktu. siswa mungkin menggali lebih dalam ke dalam isu atau masalah yang lebih mendalam. Sedangkan siswa S2 dan S3 menunjukkan berpikir kritis tipe straight. Berpikir Kritis Tipe Straight adalah berpikir kritis yang dilakukan dilakukan secara berurutan dan konsisten, dengan sedikit perubahan atau variasi dalam alur pemikiran. Dalam berpikir kritis tipe straight, siswa cenderung mengikuti alur berpikir yang logis dan terstruktur, dengan sedikit perubahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on the HOTS of fourth grade students at MIN 2 Ponorogo. This research is a quantitative type of research with a quasi-experimental design method with a nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research is fourth grade students of MIN in Sukorejo district which consists of 180 students. The sample in this study were fourth grade students at MIN 2 Ponorogo which consisted of 21 students as the experimental class and 21 students as the control class. The sampling technique in this research is to use simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using tests and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is a feasibility test of research questions which includes instrument validity and reliability tests and there is data analysis which includes normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing with t test. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that there are significant differences in the inquiry learning model towards HOTS for fourth grade students of MIN 2 Ponorogo. This is proven by Tcount > Ttable (3.070 > 2.021) and the significance value of the two variables is less than 0.05 (t-tailed) 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This review plans to decide the effect utilization of the SAS technique to the perusing abilities of 1st grade primary school understudies. This study utilizes quantitative examination strategies with trial techniques. The examination configuration utilized Quasi Experimental Design with Non-identical Control Group Design. The populace in this review were all 1st grade understudies in the District Taman with a sum of 872 understudies. The exploration was directed at SDN 01 Taman Kota Madiun, including class I-A with a sum of 28 understudies and class I-B with a sum of 28 understudies. The inspecting method was completed by likelihood testing with basic irregular examining. The examination instrument was as a perusing expertise execution test.
