Abstract

The study was done in August to September 2015 and located in the Kartama Garden (PSN) on Kartama street Marpoyan Damai district area and KOMPPOS – EM garden (PSO) at the University of Riau, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is determining metal Cu (copper) in vegetable (mustard, convolvulus and lettuce) and soil, determining the rate of pollution metal Cu, analyzing the use of fertilizer and pesticide synthetic levels of metal Cu in a sample and analyzing the impact of agricultural income activity for farmers. Based on the research, levels of metal Cu in vegetables and soil PSN had passed of quality standard Director General POM RI namely 5,0 mg/kg and categorized polluted metal Cu. While sample vegetable KOMPPOS - EM garden (PSO) is still under environmental quality category and including contaminated. Using fertilizer and pesticide synthetic and continuing to exceed doses constantly affects levels of metal Cu in a sample of vegetables and soil significantly. Economically, PSN and PSO farming is agricultural activity that can give advantages for farmers.

Abstract

Pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) telah berlangsung hampir selama hampir dua tahun. Meskipun berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah berupa sosialiasi pencegahan kepada masyarakat telah dilakukan , namun berdsarkan pengamatan di lapangan, kegiatan edukasi yang diberikan tersebut belum diimbangi dengan partispasi aktif masyarakat dalam melakukan protocol kesehatan dan juga keikutsertaan dalam program vaksinasi Covid. Tim pengabdian Universitas Riau bersama dengan mahasiswa yang menjalankan kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata (kukerta) melakukan edukasi dan pemebentukan kader peduli Covid pada beberapa desa Kukerta yang berada di sepanjang aliran sungai Kampar. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penagabdian ini dilakukan dalam 4 ( empat ) tahapan, yaitu (1) Sosialisasi, (2) Peningkatan kompetensi, (3) Pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta (4 ) Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Kegitan penyuluham dibantu oleh mahasiswa Kukerta dan secara berkala dilakukan monitoring. Selain itu juga diberikan media peraga berupa poster dan banner, Diharapkan dengan adanya media peraga ini dapat mempermudah kader dalam melakukan edukasi tentang Covid kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Background: KADARZI could be realized by optimizing the role of family, namely by increasing nutrition knowledge, changing attitude and behavior and developing independent family. The poor knowledge, attitude and behavior of society, especially house wives, to-ward nutrition and health are important factors which influence the realization of KADARZI programme. The evaluation of KADARZI programme in 2002 in Indragiri Hilir resulted 22.41% from the target 80%. One way to increase society’s knowledge, attitude and behavior toward nutrition is by giving nutrition education during early life.Objective: The study was purposed to investigate the influence of nutrition education among elementary school students to KADARZI house wives knowledge, attitude and behavior.Method: This was quasi experimental with non-randomized control group pretest-posttest study. Subjects were elementary students in the fourth, fifth, and sixth class along with their mothers. The place was in Indragiri Hilir district. Subjects were gathered by purposive. The quantity of subjects were determined with sample formulation, knowledge, attitude and behavior data were gathered by interview and observation adjusted in questionnaire list. Characteristic was analyzed with chi square, statistic test with t-test, with significance level of p=0.05.Result: The analysis of age, education, occupation, the number of household members and family income of both group were similar. Pretest analysis of knowledge, attitude and behavior among students and mothers in both groups were also similar in both groups before intervention. Posttest analysis of knowledge, attitude and behavior of treatment group were significantly increased (p<0.05). While in the control group showed insignificant differences (p>0.05). Analysis among mothers whose children got no intervention showed there were no significant differences (p>0.05). While mothers whose children got intervention showed insignificant differences in knowledge and attitude but behavior.Conclusion: Nutrition education about KADARZI on elementary student couldn’t increase mother’s knowledge and attitude but behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel (1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap budaya organisasi, (2) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja,(3) budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen kerja guru, (4) kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja guru,(5) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah guru MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 165 orang dengan sampel 117. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path analisis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap budaya organisasi, terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh langsung  budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen kerja guru, dan terdapat pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja guru, terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian yang bersifat eksplanatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: 1) kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru, 2) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan 3) kompetensi pedagogik dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan / bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Data dalam penelitian ini  dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen berbentuk kuesioner / angket. Sebelum data dikumpulkan, di adakan uji coba terlebih dahulu untuk memastikan tes yang akan dilakukan bagus dan valid. Angket uji coba  yang dinyatakan valid yaitu >rhitung = 0.361 dan angket uji coba yang tidak valid <rhitung = 0.361. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar.Populasi dalam penelitan ini sebanyak 145 orang guru dengan sampel diperoleh sebanyak 106 orang guru.Sampel didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 17.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji T diketahui bahwa: 1) tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru dengan hasil 0,377 > ttabel = 1,659, 2) tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan hasil 0,638 > ttabel = 1,659, dan 3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi pedagogik dan kepuasan kerjasecara simultan / bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru secara simultan / bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan hasil uji F adalah Fhitung> Ftabel (3,626 > 3,08).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  implementasi manajemen kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan sekolah adiwiyata di SMK Negeri 1 Tembilahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian study kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam merealisasikan program adiwiyata di SMK Negeri 1 Tembilahan, berbagai fungsi manajemen diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah. Mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi dan pengawasan  yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, kemudian dengan kerja keras kepala sekolah dan semua elemen terkait untuk mewujudkan sekolah  adiwiyata di SMK Negeri 1 Tembilahan

Abstract

This research was conducted in Muara Nibung Village, Pandan District, Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra Province with the aim of knowing the amount of investment, profits, and the level of feasibility of fishing for a tancap fisherman based on financial (financial) aspects using investment analysis, income, profit, revenue cost (R/C), financial rate of return (FRR), and payback period of capital (PPC). The method used in this study is a survey method while the determination of respondents is carried out by census. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation directly with 37 people of bagan tancap fishermen. The results of the study show that the step-by-step chart in Muara Nibung has two categories of operating distance from the coast, including the near chart ±1 km and the far chart ±3 km, of course, different investments, profit, and business feasibility. For charts close to ±1 km the total investment is (Rp124.616.000,00), the profit received is (Rp121,240,800.00/year), R/C (2.59), FRR (97.29), PPC (1.03). Whereas Forfar chart ±3 km the total investment is (Rp139,416,000.00), the profit received is (Rp179,140,800.00/year), R/C(2.85), FRR (128.49), PPC (0.78). Based on the results of the calculation that the R/C is more than 1, the FRR is greater than the bank interest rate of 11%, and the PPC is getting smaller, meaning that the fishing business is profitable and feasible to continue

Abstract

Noise is unwanted sound that might be disturbing public life especially in urban area. Pekanbaru is one of big city in Indonesia. The rapid increase of economic growth will impact to the number of vehicles that cross over the roads. The purpose of this research is to study the phenomenon of traffic noise sourced by vehicle. The measurements were performed to the eight of main roads in Pekanbaru city. And the result showed the traffic noise which exceeded the threshold of public health. Preventive action should be conducted to mitigate the noise pollution.

Abstract

Inclusive Education, Changing the Future for All Children Inclusive education is an approach in education that prioritizes the principles of equality and opportunity for all children, including those with special needs. This article discusses the concept of inclusive education, its goals, benefits, and challenges and opportunities in its implementation. Inclusive education involves the integration of children with special needs into regular educational settings, where they can learn together with their peers. It aims to create an inclusive environment, supporting the development and learning of children with special needs. This article describes the basic principles of inclusive education, including equal access, active participation, individual support, and collaboration. We also explain the benefits of inclusive education, such as increasing social skills, independence, and academic understanding for children with special needs, as well as benefits for children without special needs in developing empathy and understanding of diversity. However, the implementation of inclusive education is not easy. This article identifies some of the challenges faced in inclusive education, such as a lack of resources, a curriculum that is not fully inclusive, and a lack of knowledge and skills for teachers in dealing with the special needs of children. In addition, social stigma and stereotypes are also obstacles in creating an inclusive environment. This article also discusses the efforts that have been made to overcome these challenges. In many countries, governments have adopted inclusion policies that promote access and support for children with special needs. Educational institutions also play a role in creating an inclusive environment, such as providing friendly facilities for all children and training teachers in an inclusive approach. In addition, this article emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting inclusive education. Parents should become advocates for their children, collaborate with teachers and school staff and be actively involved in educational activities. With the support and cooperation of all stakeholders, inclusive education can become a reality that changes the future for all children. In conclusion, inclusive education is an important approach in creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all children. Although there are still many challenges that need to be overcome, through the commitment and cooperation of all parties, we can create an educational environment that welcomes and supports all children. With inclusive education, we open the door to equal opportunities for all children, regardless of background or special needs they.
