Abstract

This research is based on the vastness of Indonesia territory consisting of islands and uneven distribution of population to state education need to follow the development and technological progress which has changed the paradigm of the concept of learning that is conventional.Currently in the midst of technological advances required variations of methods that provide more opportunities for teachers and students to learn independently by utilizing various sources. Teaching and Learning Process is required by utilizing technological elements and utilizing wider learning resources by not abandoning the conventional pattern of direct guidance from the teacher. LESSON LEARNING AND LEARNING TEACHING to the global world today that has meaning in the learning pattern that contains elements of mixed, combined or combined patterns with other patterns to improve the quality of learning to improve. This concept is often also termed by mixing between e-learning with the conventional so-called blended e-learning. Based on the purpose of this study to produce Learning Device Development model by Using Moodle E-Learning Software in Operating System I Course at STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru which valid, practical, and effective.This research is a research development (Reserch and Development) by using Borg and Gall design. The subject of this research is the second semester student (two) Information System Study Program and Informatics Engineering Study Program STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru.The result of this research is the creation of learning tools that are valid, practical, and effective for the course of Operating System I at STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru which is able to improve students creativity abilities in accordance with validation results from the validators. Keywords : Blended Learning, Blended elearning, Elearning, Workplace learning

Abstract

Disease Information System is one of the important information in mentukan public health level in Indonesia. Masyaraka characteristics that occur are very diverse. There is caused by level of education, level of poverty, or the environment as a result of which were in the area more. Therefore, the information system disease is an early stage penencegahan increase in morbidity, to reduce and minimize morbidity then in need of medicines. One component of the system that can be used is a Geographic Information System (GIS). GIS can be used at any stage of the allocation of drugs. Designing disease area designed using the Waterfall model with the following steps: Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. This study aims to map the spread of the disease in the district of Pekanbaru so that it can be used to determine areas that require allocation of appropriate medicines in order to prevent more quickly. Keywords: Mapping Systems, GIS, Diseases ABSTRAK Sistem Informasi Penyakit Merupakan salah satu informasi yang penting dalam mentukan tingkat kesehatan di masyarakat Indonesia. Karakteristik masyaraka yang terjadi pun sangat beragam. Ada yang disebabkan oleh tingkat pendidikan, tingkat kemiskinan, ataupun akibat lingkungan yang berada di daerah lebih tersebut. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi penyakit merupakan tahap awal penencegahan peningkatan angka kesakitan, untuk mengurangi dan memperkecil angka kesakitan maka di butuh obat-obatan. Salah satu komponen sistem yang dapat digunakan adalah Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). SIG dapat dimanfaatkan pada setiap tahapan alokasi obat-obatan. Perancangan wilayah penyakit dirancang dengan menggunakan model Waterfall dengan langkah-langkah berikut: Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan daerah penyebaran penyakit di Kabupaten Pekanbaru sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan daerah yang membutukan alokasi obat-obatan yang tepat agar dapat mencegah lebih cepat.
