Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze empirically Influence Persistence of Earnings (X1), Company Size (X2), Allocation Tax (X3) on the Earnings Quality (Y) in manufacturing companies listing on the Stock Exchange. This type of research is classified as research that is causative. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019 until 2021. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method, to obtain a sample of 10 manufacturing companies. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collected by using documentation obtained through the official website IDX: www.idx.co.id and obtained from the website: www.yahoofinace.com. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis. The data obtained were then processed using descriptive statistics test, classic assumption test (Normality Test, Test Multicolinearity, Hesteroskedastisitas Test), Regression Test, Test The coefficient of determination, hypothesis test (F-test, t test) were analyzed with SPSS software elp.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work discipline and communication on organizational commitment and job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Budaya Alam Lestari Semarang Company, the study population is all employees of Budaya Alam Lestari Semarang Company in the Central Java area. The sample of this research is 80 employees obtained through the census technique. The data obtained is processed with the SPSS application. The test results stated that work discipline and communication had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work discipline, communication, and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Testing the Sobel test states that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work discipline on organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction can also mediate the effect of communication on organizational commitment. Keywords: Work Discipline, Communication, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product variations on consumer satisfaction Ramai Semarang Store. Inferential level research type. The population in this study are all consumers who shop at Ramai Semarang Store. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people obtained using the Lemeshaw formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that product variations have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Ramai Semarang Store. Product quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Ramai Semarang Store. Service quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Ramai Semarang Store. Testing the feasibility of the model obtained product variations, product quality, and service quality simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction Ramai Semarang Store.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out strategies for increasing online sales in TikTok through the Live Streaming system. The population of this study is online sellers on TikTok. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling technique and it was found that 35 respondents owned an online shop on the TikTok application and were active in live streaming sales. The research results found that the Live Streaming system has a major impact in increasing online sales on TikTok. The Live Streaming system directly or indirectly also has a positive impact on increasing followers for sellers, this is because buyers find it easier to trust sellers who often do Live Streaming. Large sellers (wholesalers) usually invite TikTok users who want to become resellers to register to become TikTok Affiliated. TikTok Affiliated is mutually beneficial because the seller's product is also sold and TikTok Affiliated users will also get a commission for every product sold. The more products sold, the commission given will also be greater. Keywords: Online Sales, TikTok, Live Streaming, TikTok Affiliated ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi dalam meningkatkan penjualan online yang ada dalam TikTok melalui sistem Live Streaming. Populasi penelitian ini adalah penjual online yang ada di TikTok. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan sejumlah 35 responden yang memiliki toko online di aplikasi TikTok dan aktif dalam penjualan secara live streaming. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah sistem Live Streaming mempunyai dampak besar dalam meningkatkan penjualan online di TikTok. Sistem Live Streaming secara langsung maupun tidak langsung juga mempunyai dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pengikut (follower) bagi penjual, hal ini dikarenakan pembeli lebih mudah percaya kepada penjual yang sering melakukan Live Streaming. Penjual besar (grosir) biasanya mengajak pengguna TikTok yang ingin menjadi reseller bisa mendaftarkan diri menjadi TikTok Affiliated. TikTok Affiliated bersifat saling menguntungkan karena produk penjual ikut terjual serta pengguna TikTok Affiliated juga akan mendapatkan komisi dalam setiap penjualan produk. Semakin banyak produk yang terjual, maka komisi yang diberikan juga akan semakin besar. Kata kunci : Penjualan Online, TikTok, Live Streaming, TikTok Affiliated

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menguji seberapa besar pengaruh faktor yang memiliki persanan dalam meningkatkan keputusan konsumen untuk membeli sepatu original di toko sepatu After.disc. Populasi yang ada dalam penelitian yaitu semua pelanggan yang membeli sepatu Skechers di toko sepatu After.disc dengan jumlah konsumen yang tidak terbatas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang yang dihitung dengan memakai rumus Lameshaw dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Hasil pengujian Hipotesis 1 (H1) menyatakan bahwa harga memiliki peran positif signifikan pada keputusan pembelian. Hipotesis 2 (H2) menyatakan Citra Toko memiliki peran positif signifikan pada Keputusan Pembelian. Hipotesis 3 (H3) menyatakan kualitas produk memiliki peran positif signifikan pada keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 73,7% yang berarti keputusan pembelian dalam penelitian ini dipengaruhi variabel harga, citra toko, maupun kualitas produk. Untuk sisanya 26,3% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain. Pengujian secara simultan menghasilkan Harga, Citra toko, maupun Kualitas Produk secara bersama-sama memiliki peranan dalam Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to study how the influence of discounts, ease of use, and ease of payment in influencing the decision to use the ShopeeFood application in Gunungpati District and its surroundings. The population of this study is all residents who live in Gunungpati Subdistrict and its surroundings. While the research sample is residents of Gunungpati and its surroundings who actively use the ShopeeFood application. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 50 respondents. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that all discount variables, ease of use and ease of payment have a significant positive effect on the decision to use the ShopeeFood application. The coefficient of determination test shows that the variables of discounts, ease of use and ease of payment can influence the decision to use the ShopeeFood application by 78.7%. While the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline, communication and motivation on employee performance at Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company. The population in this study were all employees of Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company, numbering 190 people. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and obtained 128 people. The data was processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of the research showed that the three independent variables (work discipline, communication and motivation) had a significant positive influence on the performance of employees Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company. The coefficient of determination test shows that 63% of employee performance can be influenced by work discipline, communication and motivation. Meanwhile, the remaining 37% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how employee performance is influenced by career development variables and discipline with motivation as the mediating variable at PT J.A. Wattie Kendal. This study has a population of 126 people and all samples were taken using the census method. The method of analysis used in this research is path analysis. The results of data testing show Hypothesis 1 (H1) that good career development can increase employee motivation. Hypothesis 2 (H2) results in high level of work discipline that will affect employee motivation for the better. Hypothesis 3 (H3) states that providing good motivation can improve employee performance. Hypothesis 4 (H4) states that good career development can influence employee performance. While Hypothesis 5 (H50) states that a high level of work discipline will also improve employee performance. The results of testing hypothesis 6 (H6) states that good motivation is able to mediate career development which results in good employee performance. While testing hypothesis 7 (H7) states that good work motivation is able to bridge work discipline with employee performance. So it can be said that work motivation is able to be a good mediator for career development variables and work discipline on employee performance in PT. J.A Wattie Kendal.
