<![CDATA[Security is the most challenging aspects in the internet and network application. These days the applications like Internet and networks are growing very fast, thereby the importance and the value of the exchanged data over the internet or other media types are increasing. While transmitting any confidential information across network, some unauthorized user tend to steal or corrupt the data. To prevent this interruption, security of data is needed. As data security is needed for protecting data from unauthorized users and destructive forces, some security techniques are used. Encryption is one such technique which is used to protect the database from unauthorized accesses and unwanted actions of external clients. It is used to secure the confidential information from unauthorized user by converting the data in to that format that is only understandable by the authorized receiver that knows the respective decryption to obtain the original data or information. In this paper, our focus will be on Database Security, as databases are considered as the storehouses of data. Generally, data of an organization or a company is stored in databases and is very crucial to the organization. Today, most of the organizations allow their clients to use their services (online banking, online shopping etc) by accessing their databases. This leads to a requirement of high level security to deal with information attackers. An information attacker tries to illegally acquire or modify the highly confidential data of the organization. An innovative approach for database security using Hill Cipher encryption & decryption method is proposed. This cryptography based approach provides an additional level of security to the database systems. Important data or information crucial to the organization should be secured from illegal theft and attacks. This encryption scheme completely is based on key matrix that a organization decides before encryption and decryption. In this proposed scheme a common key is used to encrypt the data items. <![CDATA[The archive is a recording of activities that must be managed properly and carefully. Management archive of incoming letters or outgoing letter at the Bandung District Diskominfo still managed manually, by collecting files relating to all activities at the Bandung District Diskominfo in one place and stored in a storage closet. Management of this kind causes the lack of rigor according to the classification and archiving based on the type and importance, consequently officer had difficulty in finding the necessary documents. One of the other problems that arise is the specially for incoming letters which must include a disposition sheet from the Head of Service, so if at any time the Head of Service is not in place, it will hamper the follow-up. And when making a report in the manual system, it must record the report of the incoming and outgoing mail. It required an information system archiving of incoming mails or outgoing mails web-based that can facilitate the work of. This information system is designed using the programming language PHP and uses an object-based modeling techniques to describe the analysis and design of the system. The results of this software can be used in the Bandung District Diskominfo environment so that the new system can make it easier to search, faster and secure file archives stored. The Service Head can be when not in place, further instructions for incoming mail are not hampered. Making Reports easier without having to re-record the data of incoming and outgoing mail.]]>

MAKMUR needs to use information technology not only for selling its products but also in warehouse inventory management, where there is no longer recording and calculating inventory using Microsoft Excel, where there are several errors such as errors in recording goods and taking long reporting processes. The collection of data obtained are interviews, observations and literature studies, while software development uses the classical waterfall methodology which consists of stages: needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. For system design through an object-oriented approach with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) tool. Through this application, it is hoped that the service process to consumers can be clear and fast. In addition, this inventory application can be used as inventory material for products that are in stock used in the warehouse which includes recording, processing, and reporting data on warehouse inventory. <![CDATA[Abstract- An outpatient medical record information system is a system that aims to manage the data of patients who are seeking treatment until the patient is discharged from the hospital or clinic.The information system designed is very important to prevent procedural errors in the implementation of registration and data management. The use of information technology, computers, and internet technology has penetrated into the world of health services, one of which is administrative orderly services, namely online or offline outpatient registration services carried out by officers. The design of this information system aims to design a new system or design to develop an electronic information program that aims to facilitate the implementation of integrated web-based outpatient registration so that it becomes one of the alternative systems that are of good quality and good. in accordance with the place of observation that the author made on September 25, 2019 at RSAU dr. M.salamun. designing the Application Program that the author made is a web-based outpatient registration application system using php framework software i.e. Laravel and phpMyadmin freeware that supports MySQL databse. The methodologies for developing this system are the UML Usecase Diagram method, and the Activity Diagram.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Inkara Sejahtera Utama Sejahtera is located at Bumi Adipura, Jl. Palem I no 5 Gedebage Bandung City is a company engaged in the event organizer. In carrying out their work, employees need an employee achievement information system, namely a system that can manage the work of employees and the time of work that must be in accordance with the work schedule provided by PT Inkara Sejahtera Utama Bandung. However, the problems encountered by the system used are still using a manual system so that workers still have to fill out forms provided by the company to make reports to the company's leadership and can also cause file accumulation in the company. This study uses a qualitative descriptive technique to explain the existing objective situation, while for software development it is carried out using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) model waterfall method with black box testing. The design of this software is done using HTML, PHP, Boostrap, MySQL and databases to create a web-based employee achievement information system. <![CDATA[Awal tahun 2020, wabah pneumonia baru yang dimulai di Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei, dan dengan cepat meluas ke lebih dari 190 negara dan wilayah mengguncang seluruh dunia. Coronavirus illness2019 adalah istilah yang diberikan untuk wabah ini coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Penyebaran penyakit ini berdampak signifikan pada masyarakat dan ekonomi. Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Limijati merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan Konsultasi Online. Penyelenggaraan pendaftaran layanan Konsultasi Online di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Limijati Bandung masih dilakukan secara manual. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut penulis mengusulkan untuk merancang sistem informasi pendaftaran Konsultasi Online berbasis website dengan menggunakan HTML dan CSS di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Bandung. Metodologi penelitian ini menggabungkan teknik penelitian kualitatif dengan kerangka deskriptif. Studi ini memperkenalkan sistem konsultasi online yang mendorong komunikasi antara pasien, rumah sakit, dan dokter. Dengan bantuan perangkat ini, dokter dapat merawat pasien dari kejauhan. Selain itu, teknologi ini memungkinkan pesan teks dan panggilan video antara profesional medis dan pasien. Dan diperkirakan akan membantu petugas dalam memproses data pendaftaran pasien secara akurat dan cepat.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan teknologi IT yang pesat dapat membantu manusia dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan manusia di segala bidang. Sebagai contoh, dalam bidang pendidikan terdapat pengelolaan administrasi siswa yang perlu dikelola dengan tepat. Pengelolaan administrasi yang baik berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja dari sebuah instansi. Microsoft Word merupakan bagian dari Microsoft Office yang sering digunakan untuk menangani administrasi perkantoran. Pemanfaatan fitur yang maksimal dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam menangani pengelolaan administrasi. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan agar peserta dapat memahami secara komprehensif materi Ms Word yang disampaikan, sehingga dapat diimplementasikan secara aplikatif dalam dunia pendidikan dan memiliki kemampuan professional mengoperasikan Microsoft Word serta mengantarkan peserta mendapatkan Sertifikasi Internasional Microsoft Office Specialist Word. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pengajaran di laboratorium komputer, tutorial (pendampingan) dengan menggunakan modul Microsoft Word 2013, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan dilakukan di Laboratorium SMK Puragabaya Bandung. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa dari 18 orang peserta yang didaftarkan untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan ujian sertifikasi internasional, hanya 16 orang peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan. Dari 16 peserta yang dapat mengikuti ujian sertifikasi internasional hanya sebanyak 11 peserta. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus ujian sertifikasi sebanyak 69% sehingga memperoleh sertifikat MOS.]]>

Alat manajemen arsip berbasis surat digital adalah fokus dari desain dan pengembangan studi ini. <![CDATA[Hasil pemeriksaan jantung sangat berarti untuk proses diagnosis serta penyembuhan pasien. Tetapi, proses pengelolaan informasi hasil pemeriksaan jantung kerapkali jadi permasalahan untuk pihak rumah sakit.. Penelitian ini bertujuan buat membangun suatu sistem pengelolaan hasil pemeriksaan jantung di rumah sakit x menggunakan teknologi Mysql serta php. Metode ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan sampel penelitian berupa pasien yang telah menjalani pemeriksaan jantung di Rumah Sakit X. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data observasi, wawancara pasien dan studi Pustaka. Data kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall untuk membuat aplikasi hasil pemeriksaan jantung berbasis web. Dalam forum hasil pemeriksaan jantung ini hendak dilansir secara terperinci menimpa laporan hasil pemeriksaan jantung pasien dengan metode secara praktis sederhana terhadap aplikasi berbasis web.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi sistem informasi hasil pemeriksaan jantung berbasis web di Rumah Sakit X telah berhasil dikembangkan dan diimplementasikan. <![CDATA[Sistem informasi kesehatan bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan pelayanan kualitas, ketersediaan data dan efektivitas administrasi kesehatan masyarakat. Penularan HIV menular melalui kontak pada cairan tubuh, seperti jarum suntik. Rumah Sakit adalah sebuah layanan kesehatan. Rekam medis menjadi sangat terancam akibat sistem penyimpanan rekam medis yang masih manual. Sistem pencatatan ini melibatkan mencatat data pasien pada potongan kertas, yang dimasukkan ke dalam file dan disimpan di lemari. Faktanya, ini adalah cara mendokumentasi yang tidak tepat yang mengakibatkan hilangnya dan ketidaksesuaian data pasien, serta pemborosan waktu. Itu juga rumit, besar dan menghabiskan banyak ruang kantor. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis merencanakan untuk membuat aplikasi sistem informasi pemeriksaan pasien HIV berbasis web di rumah sakit xyz. Dalam tulisan ini, sistem informasi kesehatan berbasis web yang lengkap dirancang untuk memecahkan masalah ini sehingga memungkinkan pengguna menangani rincian kebijakan secara efesien dan efektif. Perancangan desain pada pembuatan dari sistem ini menggunakan Usecase Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram. Sistem pada aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP native dengan SublimeText, dan MySQL di XAMPP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sistem dan pengembangannya ini menggunakan Metode waterfall. aplikasi ini bisa membantu perawat dalam input data dan dokter bisa melihat hasil laporan dari pemeriksaan HIV. sistem informasi kesehatan berbasis web dengan demikian memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi institusi karena dapat menangkap data dan menyimpannya dalam database yang dikembangkan untuk digunakan di masa mendatang.]]>
