Abstract

Guru merupakan pelaku utama dalam penerapan program pendidikan di sekolah dalam pencapai tujuan pendidikan, bahkan guru sangat berperan dalam menanggulangi kenakalan siswa. Salah satu guru yang yang sangat penting dalam menanggulangi kenakalan siswa adalah guru aqidah akhlak karena langsung mengerjakan tata cara berprilaku yang baik sesuai dengan norma dan nilai yang ada baik di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Fokus yang menjadi kajian utama pada penelitian ini ada dua, yaitu 1) Bagaimana peran guru aqidah akhlak dalam menanggulangi kenakalan siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Sumber Taman, 2) Apa saja upaya yang dilakukan guru aqidah akhlak dalam menanggulangi kenakalan siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Sumber Taman. Dalam penelitian ini penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologis, dan yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru aqidah ahklak, kepala Madrasah dan sebagian siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan dapat peneliti paparkan: 1) peran guru aqidah akhlak dalam menaggulangi kenakalan siswa adalah guru menegur, penaseati, dan memberikan konseling, motivator dan direktor. 2) upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam menanggulangi kenakalan siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Sumber Taman adalah: 1) Preventif atau mencegah kenakalan siswa agar jangan sampai terjadi kenakalan yang sama dengan siswa lainnya, 2) Kuratif yaitu memperbaiki akibat perbuatan nakal atau menyembuhkan terhadap kenakalan siswa.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan atau mutu sekolah tertuju pada mutu lulusan. Merupakan sesuatu yang mustahil, pendidikan atau sekolah menghasilkan lulusan yang bermutu, jika tidak melalui proses pendidikan yang bermutu pula. Merupakan sesuatu yang mustahil pula, terjadi proses pendidikan yang bermutu jika tidak didukung oleh faktor-faktor penunjang proses pendidikan yang bermutu pula. Proses pendidikan yang bermutu harus didukung oleh personalia, seperti administrator, guru, konselor, dan tata usaha yang bermutu dan profesional. Hal tersebut didukung pula oleh sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, fasilitas, media, serta sumber belajar yang memadai, baik mutu maupun jumlahnya, dan biaya yang mencukupi, manajemen yang tepat, serta lingkungan yang mendukung. Mutu pendidikan bersifat menyeluruh, menyangkut semua komponen, pelaksana, dan kegiatan pendidikan, atau disebut sebagai mutu total atau “Total Quality”. Adalah sesuatu yang tidak mungkin, hasil pendidikan yang bermutu dapat dicapai hanya dengan satu komponen atau kegiatan yang bermutu. Kegiatan pendidikan cukup kompleks, satu kegiatan, komponen, pelaku, waktu, terkait, dan membutuhkan dukungan dari kegiatan, komponen, pelaku, serta waktu lainnya.

Abstract

There are two main problems in this research, first, regarding whether or not there is an influence of the use of visual learning media on students' achievement of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) in Islamic Cultural History Subjects at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan, secondly, how big is the influence of the use of visual learning media on students' achievement of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) in Islamic Cultural History Subjects at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan. The aim of this research is, firstly, to determine whether or not there is an influence of the use of visual learning media on students' achievement of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) in the History of Islamic Culture subject at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan. Second, find out how much influence the use of visual learning media has on students' achievement of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) in the History of Islamic Culture subject at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan. This research uses a quantitative correlational approach. Meanwhile, the population in this study were female students in grades VII, VIII and IX at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan. The research instruments used were questionnaires and documentation as the main or primary instruments, while observation and interviews were complementary or secondary. Data collection will take place for approximately 35 days starting Tuesday, June 27 2023 to July 31 2023. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis using the product moment technique. The results of this research show that (1) There is an influence of the use of visual learning media on students' achievement of Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) in Islamic Cultural History Subjects at MTs. Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan, it can be seen that r work is 0.513 which is greater than the r in the product moment table at a significance of 95% 0.259 or 95% 0.330. (2) The use of visual learning media has quite an influence on students' achievement of the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), this is proven by the r-work of 0.513 being in the range of 0.40 to 0.70 with a Fair interpretation.

Abstract

Organizational behavior and leadership play a crucial role in creating an effective educational environment, especially in the context of Islamic education in educational institutions. Islamic education not only aims to transfer religious knowledge but also to shape character and morality by Islamic teachings. Good organizational behavior in an educational environment includes various aspects, such as effective communication, fairness, participation, and managerial support. Positive organizational behavior creates a harmonious and productive work atmosphere, enabling teachers and administrative staff to work collaboratively to achieve educational goals. Meanwhile, leadership in the context of Islamic education requires leaders who not only have strong managerial skills, but also understand Islamic values ​​and can integrate them into their leadership practices. The research method used in this research activity is a library approach. The steps taken in this research are 1) identification of research objectives, 2) selection of library sources, 3) search strategy for information sources, 4) selection of literature, 5) analysis of literature related to data, 6) synthesis of research findings. Meanwhile, research findings include that Islamic educational leadership must inspire, guide and motivate staff and students to achieve academic and spiritual success. However, in some contexts, poor organizational behavior or ineffective leadership can hinder the achievement of Islamic education goals. For example, a lack of effective communication can lead to ambiguity in the implementation of Islamic education programs, while a lack of fairness can create dissatisfaction among staff and students. Therefore, research on the relationship between organizational behavior and Islamic educational leadership is very important to understand how these factors influence each other in creating an educational environment that is effective and oriented towards Islamic values. With a better understanding of this relationship, Islamic educational institutions can develop more effective management strategies and practices to improve the quality of education and achieve their Islamic educational goals.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan has implemented a peer tutoring strategy in the class X Aqidah Morals subject which has an impact on student learning achievement. There are two main problems in this research. First, the effectiveness of using peer tutoring strategies can increase student achievement in the class X Aqidah Morals subject. Second, supporting and inhibiting factors in the use of peer tutoring strategies in improving student learning achievement in the class X Aqidah Akhlak subject. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results were obtained in the form of descriptive data. Meanwhile, the data sources for this research are Aqidah Akhlak subject teachers, and also class X students, both Mathematics and Natural Sciences and Social Sciences. The data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method, namely reducing, presenting, and verifying the data. The results of research conducted by researchers relate to the use of peer tutoring strategies in improving student learning achievement in the Aqidah Akhlak class X subject. The peer tutoring strategy selects superior, intelligent, and accomplished students to become tutors. Previously, the teacher explained the material first to the tutor so that it was easy to master the material grid when carrying out the tutorial. While tutoring activities are taking place, the teacher supervises and evaluates by giving independent assignments. The use of peer tutoring strategies in subjects in class X turned out to be very effective in improving student learning achievement. Students are more enthusiastic about improving their learning achievements and interact more easily with tutors. Its effectiveness seems to be increasing, the average score is perfect, namely 86 or A. So, the peer tutoring strategy has an effect on learning achievement, initially the score was equivalent to the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria) score, namely B and only part of the students mastered the material. However, after peer tutoring, the achievement exceeded the KKM, namely A. This achievement was strengthened by the even distribution of high scores among all students from each class. The supporting factors are that students are more enthusiastic about learning and have easier interactions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in using peer tutoring strategies is internal factors with a lack of awareness among students of the importance of the subject matter. Meanwhile, external factors include inadequate facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process.
